I'm not giving up yet, I still have a lot to learn but I'm not giving up, my entry to today's monomad challenge. / Aún no me rindo, me falta mucho por aprender pero no me rindo, mi entrada al monomad challenge de hoy.

Sometimes it is a little difficult for me to find ideas to make my photographs, but what hurts me the most is the schedule I manage, it is almost always at night when I can take pictures in my home looking for that stock style that I want so much, the truth is that it is more difficult than it seems because you have to find everything you need to create the scene.

Yesterday, looking through the things I have been saving over time, I found several snail shells, I found them interesting for their size and shape, what is really difficult is to get something good without more elements, so the only idea I had was to add my hand to give more life to the picture.

Here comes the mistake, after taking the previous picture, I was thinking for a while on how I could improve the image, the camera turned off, I focused again but I didn't charge the flash (since every time the camera turns off I have to reactivate it using the test button) so as a result we have that the image was underexposed but I'm not going to lie, I personally like it because I always like underexposed works, it's something in my mind that always invades me without even thinking about it.

And just so there is no doubt about how it would look with the flash light, here is the result of the image.

I kept putting my eye on the shells, but this time of the clams, I thought that lining them up and leaving them in a succession by size would look good, I wanted to give some drama and of course, keep practicing with the direction of the light, so this was the result.

As I had in mind something minimalist, I left out the shells, instead I took an old external hard drive with its usb cable, plus a micro usb adapter, so I arranged them so that the composition was well directed, despite using so few elements, and I think it turned out very well, the only problem was that I didn't reflect the light enough to soften the shadows more.

In this last photo we can see the same scene, same settings, and same flash power, the only thing that changed was that I did reflect the light better, so the shadows are less strong, I hope to work during the day in the coming weeks, for now yesterday I went to the bakery to order bread for tomorrow, the idea is to have some perfect pieces with which I have to work very well.
