MONOMAD IMAGES | February 19th | One of the best relaxation therapies

Hello!

Although it may seem incredible to us, the relaxation of our body is far from "sitting down to watch television or watch a movie at the cinema." It is simple, to do the above, our brain works fighting with the emotions and feelings that are generated when carrying out these activities. Outdoor activities such as yoga, allow us to free ourselves from stress and calm our mind.
