I'm really working hard and my body hurts! By working so much on the computer, I take it very seriously to do kundalini yoga more often than before and that leaves me with a more sore body haha but it's from exercise and I prefer that to contractures. I have been doing kundalini yoga for several years and I am grateful for discovering it because it is incredibly good for me. I had tried another type of yoga before and ended up giving it up, until I found kundalini yoga. It's very strong, the exercises are strong and continuous and the body works a lot. Many breathing exercises are done, but what was new to me was how powerful it is for the physical body.
