Voting power of the powerful SIM holders matters

When it comes to having voting power in dCity, it is key for people to hold SIM over a 30 day period to which the average will influence how big the vote power is. Holding lots of SIM for longer will keep increasing it.

This is what influenced this election and my gaining of presidency for 14 days, the fact a vote worth over 3 million, or roughly 45% turned the tide and with help of a bunch of other legends with voting power of a nice size, and the little ones which all matter, we were triumphant over @ecoinstant and his 1.5mil voting power plus other good votes for him.

We get to have a break from the war tax after what was maybe 3 weeks of it, plus lots of people gaining a lot of SIM just from holding Military Industrial Complexes. So this will help the little cities and new people, or anyone without any but in the second week I will introduce a day or 2 of it, just to support those who hold instead of selling.

The eco tax will stay set as this is half the war tax cost, but more people have a shot at benefitting from it, even to gain a small amount of extra income, it's better than getting none extra and paying more like the were before!
So if you can afford to get some wind turbines or solar plants, then it is worth doing so now.

Police tax gets to stay on because they benefit from this and so do all the cities with crime and places to be robbed.
Jobs tax was brought back in to help training and require anyone to need less job centers to train one homeless/immigrant a day but can increase how many get trained a day.

Basic tax has gone up by 4% to help reduce the amount of SIM going out as inflation can have a negative effect by reducing price due to so much more being available to sell at cheaper prices and we want to try bring the price back up.

People are part of the future and so is preparing for 3rd edition release

People have a say in ideas for taxes and getting the SIM price closer to the pegged amount it should be at, so anyone can feel free to speak about what they like and don't like and it will be considered at some point in my term/s running as president. I am wanting to help everyone benefit and enjoy the game which is why when war taxes were on I sent 3 days worth of that SIM income to @homeless-city as some new help to the wonderful project it is.

3rd edition is no doubt closing in as well as it has been quite some time now and there have been hints dropped by @gerber who will not be saying when it is coming yet, but will wait until he has the date for it and anything else he is wanting to put into a post, which is when we will know.

But he knows many people are eager to see what is next and how it will all play out for cities and the effects or chaos to come.

People are going to be going crazy with buying 3rd edition cards to get a whole bunch of them and I know I will be doing so myself!
