Deus Ex Gameplay 03-14

Exiting the labs of VersaLife I fight my way through the offices to find an exit to the building. Using my dart gun I take out a guard but miss a bunch. Aiming in this game requires you to stand still for awhile to get your cross hairs small. Sometimes hard to do while being shot at.. lol So I fire and miss a whole bunch before finally hitting my mark.

After I get a few shots in I collect my missed darts from the wall that missed him and move on. Walking through the offices that I was in earlier.

Some other guards are taken out with one shot with a carefully placed dart. One of them directly below me, I take my time for my cross hairs to close and then go for the shot. Get a one hit kill that way.

I throw a gas canister after setting off the alarms. I do this by dropping a body down to the open lobby below. Waiting with my pistol to see if any guards come up and try to stop me.

Even the secretary in the lobby is packing a pistol. I duck by some cover while she shoots at me. And then I move in with my energy sword to melee her. But another guard takes me out and I die.

As I approach the exit to the building I look out a window down into the city below. Waiting to see if any enemies show up around there for a minute. They may not spawn in until I get down there so you never know.

Taking the elevator I find myself exiting the building and onto the streets of Hong Kong.

I love this mod but the faces could really use some work.. lol.

Heading over to Tracer Tongs secret base I tell him what I saw at the VersaLife complex.

After talking with him I go explore the area before leaving to go on to the next mission objective.

Found myself some loot in some crates and after that I see if there is anything else to grab.

Exploring one of the other rooms I come across a shooting range and a plasma rifle. Had to take the opportunity to go try this thing out on the range.

Using this weapon must have made the guard angry, as they then attacked me.

The guards are packing some serious firepower too. One of them has a plasma rifle and the other has machine gun.

I find myself caught off guard as they turn me into bacon bits and plasma globs.
