Enhacing The Sonne Temple l The Statues Add a Touch of Mystery l Minecraft in Creative l (ENG/ESP)

Bienvenidos amantes del maravilloso mundo de los videojuegos, reciban todos un cordial saludo.

El día de hoy hablaré sobre un pequeño proyecto que estoy trabajando en un videojuego muy conocido llamado Minecraft.

Es un mapa que quise trabajar y dedicarle tiempo para los fanáticos de un viejo videojuego de la consola Game Boy Advance llamado Golden Sun.

Les hablaré mi inspiración para recrear la historia de dicho videojuego y el porqué ¡comencemos!

Today I will talk about a small project I'm working on a very well known videogame called Minecraft.

It is a map that I wanted to work on and dedicate time to for fans of an old Game Boy Advance video game called Golden Sun.

I'll tell you about my inspiration to recreate the story of that game and why, let's get started!

Si nos remontamos a los últimos 8 días exactamente, había participado en un concurso de la comunidad HiveGaming que apoya el contenido Gamer.

Donde hablé de mi creación en Minecraft y también mencioné lo que haré con este mapa que transformé en un futuro proyecto.

Mi proyecto se basa en recrear la historia de un videojuego llamado Golden Sun, donde podemos divertirnos con miles de aventuras y peligros enfrentándonos a miles de enemigos, no será una tarea fácil, pero pretendo hacerlo porque me divierto mucho creando cosas increíbles en este juego donde se pone nuestra creatividad e imaginación al máximo.

También les mostraré como crear algunas estructuras y hacer que se vean exactamente iguales, como mencioné antes no es fácil y no me refiero a la imaginación, sino a hacer que se vean exactamente iguales, también les revelaré mi secreto para esto, con este secreto revelado les aseguro que podrán crear grandes cosas.

Cuando empecé con este proyecto quise empezar con el templo de Sonne, es un reto para mí porque este templo tiene muchas estructuras, y hasta ahora utilizar unos bloques de construcción que se parezcan a los del juego son escasos, pero como todo proyecto tiene sus arreglos futuros.

En este concurso si se fijan bien en la imagen superior de este texto, verán como las escaleras son verticales, me di cuenta inmediatamente que algo estaba mal, así que decidí mejorarlo, ya que las escaleras son diagonales, luego en la siguiente imagen verán una imagen del juego Golden Sun que es precisamente la entrada del templo.

If we go back to the past exactly 8 days, I had participated in a contest of the HiveGaming community that supports Gamer content.

Where I talked about my creation in Minecraft and I also mentioned what I will do with this map that I transformed into a future project.

My project is based on recreating the story of a video game called Golden Sun, where we can have fun with thousands of adventures and dangers facing thousands of enemies, it will not be an easy task, but I intend to do it because I have a lot of fun creating amazing things in this game where it puts our creativity and imagination to the maximum.

I will also show you how to create some structures and make them look exactly the same, as I mentioned before it is not easy and I am not referring to imagination, but to make them look exactly the same, I will also reveal my secret for this, with this secret revealed I assure you that you will be able to create great things.

When I started with this project I wanted to start with the Sonne temple, it is a challenge for me because this temple has many structures, and so far use some building blocks that resemble the one in the game are scarce, but like any project has its future arrangements.

In this contest if you look closely at the top image of this text, you will see how the stairs are vertical, I realized immediately that something was wrong, so I decided to improve it, as the stairs are diagonal, then in the next image you will see an image of the Golden Sun game that is precisely the entrance of the temple.

En la imagen superior podrán observa la imagen de la entrada al templo Sonne, donde vemos que en la entrada las escaleras están en diagonal, también hay 4 estatuas que decoran el lugar.

Todavía me falta mucho que agregar, pero mientras arreglo algunos detalles del exterior iré acomodando algunas cosas en su interior.

In the image above you can see the image of the entrance to the Sonne temple, where we can see that at the entrance the stairs are diagonal, there are also 4 statues that decorate the place.

I still have a lot to add, but while I fix some details of the exterior I will arrange some things inside.

Ahora observen como me quedaron los arreglos después de ajustar las escaleras y algunos espacios que tenía que acomodar.

Si en algún momento intentas construir algo y tienes que recrear lo mismo, pero en otro lugar, lo primero que se te vendrá a la mente la siguiente pregunta.

¿Cómo puedo recrear lo mismo pero en otro lugar?

Now take a look at how the arrangements looked like after adjusting the stairs and some spaces that I had to accommodate.

If at some point you try to build something and you have to recreate the same thing, but in another place, the first thing that will come to your mind is the following question.

La respuesta a esa pregunta esta en contar la cantidad de bloques que dicha estructura tiene.

En mi caso para poder recrear la misma escalera solo que del lado derecho, tuve que contar la cantidad que había colocado antes, puesto que cada escalón tiene 4 bloques en diagonal, por lo que tuve que hacer lo mismo desde el otro lado e ir contando y bajando cada escalón hasta llegar al suelo.

Ahora bien si se fijan bien hay algunos bloques que están divididos a la mitad, y es porque son losas de cuarzo que es en este caso el bloque que utilice para crear las escaleras.

The answer to that question is to count the amount of blocks that the structure has.

In my case to recreate the same staircase only on the right side, I had to count the amount that I had placed before, since each step has 4 blocks diagonally, so I had to do the same from the other side and go counting and lowering each step until you reach the floor.

Now if you look closely there are some blocks that are divided in half, and it is because they are quartz slabs which is in this case the block that I used to create the stairs.

La parte que más se me complico al momento de mejorar la entrada fueron las estatuas.

De complicado no me refiero a que sea difícil hacer estatuas, sino de recrear la misma estructura de Golden Sun, pero si algo hay que tener en cuenta es en lo siguiente.

Cuanto más grande sea la estructura mejor se verá, ya que de ser así te quede exactamente igual a lo que quieras recrear en Minecraft.

The part that complicated me the most at the moment of improving the entrance were the statues.

By complicated I do not mean that it is difficult to make statues, but to recreate the same structure of Golden Sun, but if something must be taken into account is the following.

The bigger the structure is, the better it will look, because if so, it will look exactly like what you want to recreate in Minecraft.

Luego de hacer las 4 estatuas que hay en la entrada del templo, comencé a colocar el suelo, donde tuve muchos problemas para poder colocar un bloque de construcción que se asemeje al de la imagen que observaran a continuación.

After making the 4 statues that are at the entrance of the temple, I began to place the floor, where I had many problems to place a building block that resembles the image you will see below.

En Golden Sun justo antes de estar en la entrada del templo, podemos observar como el suelo es como la tierra, pero sin gramas, por lo que no me decidí si utilizar un bloque de tierra normal o usar algún otro material.

Aún tengo que hacer algunos ajustes, pero con un poco de esfuerzo y dedicación podre sorprenderlos con un buen mapa.

In Golden Sun just before being at the entrance of the temple, we can see how the ground is like earth, but without grass, so I did not decide whether to use a normal block of earth or use some other material.

I still have to make some adjustments, but with a little effort and dedication I will be able to surprise you with a good map.

Estuve probando algunos bloques de construcción que me permita hacer algunas cosas y que se asemejen al la del juego.

Si conoces Minecraft y tienes alguna idea de un posible bloque de construcción que me permita mejorar algunas estructuras, me lo puedes decir en los comentarios al final del post.

Este mapa será para todos ustedes cuando logre crear el Templo Sonne en su máxima totalidad, luego con conforme vaya el tiempo le iré agregando muchas cosas más, incluso los 4 faros elementales, que ahora que lo pienso será lo más difícil que pueda crear en Minecraft, ya que los 4 faros elementales son enormes y tienen que ser lo suficientemente enorme como para hacer todas las cosas que en el juego de Golden Sun hay.

I've been testing some building blocks that allow me to make some things that resemble the one in the game.

This map will be for all of you when I manage to create the Sonne Temple in its maximum totality, then as time goes by I will add many more things, even the 4 elemental beacons, which now that I think about it will be the most difficult thing I can create in Minecraft, since the 4 elemental beacons are huge and they have to be huge enough to make all the things that in the Golden Sun game there are.

En el interior del templo había comenzado a crear la primera zona, pero había muchas cosas que no lograba entender, ahora que estoy haciendo este mapa he podido captar más detalladamente las cosas que Golden Sun trae.

Inside the temple I had started to create the first zone, but there were many things that I could not understand, now that I am making this map I have been able to grasp in more detail the things that Golden Sun brings.

En Golden Sun una vez que comienzas a estar en el interior del templo, puedes observar como el suelo es de tierra junto con algunas gramas esparcidas por el lugar, no sé si las paredes sean de color azul o en realidad es por la luz que hace que se vean de ese color, pero de todas formas usaré algunos ladrillo de piedra para recrear este lugar.

In Golden Sun once you start to be inside the temple, you can see how the floor is made of dirt along with some grasses scattered around the place, I don't know if the walls are blue or actually it's because of the light that makes them look that color, but anyway I will use some stone bricks to recreate this place.

En el interior utilice el bloque de tierra normal, luego para las paredes utilice ladrillos de piedra agrietados como para hacer que se vea viejo y abandonado el templo, también para iluminar el camino use las nuevas linternas con las cadenas.

No todo tiene que ser exactamente igual que en el juego original, lo importante es que se pueda vivir ese juego en Minecraft y que la historia sea igual.

Inside use the normal earth block, then for the walls use cracked stone bricks as to make the temple look old and abandoned, also to light the way use the new lanterns with the chains.

Not everything has to be exactly the same as in the original game, the important thing is that you can live that game in Minecraft and that the story is the same.

También intenté crear una casa que está en las afueras del templo Sonne, justo el camino donde lleva a dicho lugar, pero mientras trabajaba en esa casa, me di cuenta de que todo estaba mal situado, la casa debería estar más hacia la izquierda, pero ya serán nuevos ajustes que haré otro día, así concluye el post de hoy, espero les sea de su agrado.

I also tried to create a house that is on the outskirts of the Sonne temple, just the road where it leads to that place, but while working on that house, I realized that everything was badly placed, the house should be more to the left, but I will make further adjustments another day, so today's post concludes, I hope you like it.
