Video games about sports have always been one of the best known and most popular genres in the world and although some are much more famous and recognized as in the case of FIFA there are also video games for virtually any existing sport, one of the not so popular sports in video games is Golf and yet there have been many titles about this sport, perhaps the Golf video game that people have played the most is the Wii Sport but there have been many different titles. HAL's Hole in One Golf is a fairly old Golf title for the SNES which is 30 years old since it was published in 1991.

The objective of HAL's Hole in One Golf is quite simple, complete a full 18-hole golf game where as in Golf each hole will have its Par and we will accumulate score depending on the strokes we need to complete the hole, all this with a classic Top-Down view of the course. The game has special screens to display when completing a hole in a special way as would be the Hole In One, Eagle, among others. This title, despite being so old, is incredibly complete in its mechanics, game modes and in the customization of the equipment for the game.

Something quite striking about HAL's Hole in One Golf is the fact of the existence of codes but not like the codes to save the game that were so common in the 90's, instead these codes are generated on the screen that celebrates a special shot as Hole In One and this code allows us to repeat the hole in spectator mode to see again our achievement. These codes are entered in the Memory Shot mode on the main screen of the game and give us the ability to show our friends a great shot you have made as is the case of the Hole In One that are incredibly complicated to achieve not only by the fact that there are few short holes where it could be done, but also by the variables of force and angle of impact that cause it to be extremely complicated to achieve hit the first shot. Los videojuegos sobre deportes siempre han sido uno de los géneros más conocidos y populares del mundo y si bien algunos son mucho más famosos y reconocidos como en el caso de FIFA también existen videojuegos para prácticamente cualquier deporte existente, uno de los deportes no tan populares en los videojuegos es el Golf y a pesar de ello han existido muchos títulos sobre este deporte, tal vez el videojuego de Golf que más han jugado las personas será el de Wii Sport pero han existido muchos títulos diferentes. HAL's Hole in One Golf se trata de un título de Golf bastante antiguo para la SNES el cual cuenta con 30 años de antigüedad ya que fue publicado en el año 1991.

El objetivo de HAL's Hole in One Golf es bastante simple, completar un juego completo de golf de 18 hoyos en donde al igual que en el Golf cada hoyo tendrá su Par e iremos acumulando puntuación en función de los golpes que necesitemos para completar el hoyo, todo esto con una vista clásica de Top-Down del campo de juego, El juego cuenta con pantallas especiales para mostrar al momento de completar algún hoyo de manera especial como sería el Hole In One, Eagle, entre otros. Este título a pesar de ser tan antiguo es increíblemente completo tanto en sus mecánicas, modos de juego y en la personalización del equipo para la partida.
En cuanto a las mecánicas de HAL's Hole in One Golf encontramos que pueden llegar a ser mucho más complejas de lo que esperamos, al momento de realizar un golpe podemos escoger la dirección de golpeo, la rotación de los pies para que la pelota gire hacia un lado o avance línea recta, el tipo de palo a utilizar entre una selección que escogeremos al momento de empezar la partida y por último la fuerza y lugar de golpeo a la pelota. Además de esto también contaremos con viento a favor o en contra el cual se muestra en la pantalla y modificara la dirección de la pelota. Si bien uno podría pensar que todas estos pasos no modifican mucho en lanzamiento esto no es cierto, el más mínimo cambio en la dirección, fuerza y ángulo de golpeo puede cambiar drásticamente la dirección y lugar de caída de la pelota, esto genera un juego bastante detallista en donde debemos pensar muy bien el lanzamiento y tratar de ser lo más preciso posible.
HAL's Hole in One Golf cuenta con varios modos de juego en donde destacan el modo Practica, el modo torneo en donde pueden jugar hasta 4 jugadores al mismo tiempo para competir con tus amigos, el modo Vs Hal en donde competiremos contra la IA llamada Hal en un juego completo de 18 hoyos, también está un modo de juego en solitario en donde completaras los 18 hoyos de golf sin competir contra ningún otro jugador todo para hacer marcas personales. El fuerte de este juego es el poder jugarlo varias personas al mismo tiempo ya en solitario puede resultar aburrido al cabo de varios juegos completos.
Algo bastante llamativo de HAL's Hole in One Golf es el hecho de la existencia de códigos pero no como los códigos para guardar la partida que eran tan comunes en los años 90´, en su lugar dichos códigos son generados en la pantalla que celebra un tiro especial como Hole In One y este código nos permite poder repetir el hoyo en modo espectador para volver a ver nuestro logro. Estos códigos se ingresan en el modo Memory Shot en la pantalla principal del juego y nos dan la capacidad de poder mostrar a nuestros amigos un gran tiro que hayas hecho como es el caso de los Hole In One que son increíblemente complicados de conseguir no solo por el hecho de que son pocos los hoyos cortos en donde se podría realizar, sino también por las variables de fuerza y ángulo de golpeo que provocan que sea extremadamente complicado lograr acertar al primer golpe. Un videojuego de golf clásico llamativo para aquellos que gusten de este deporte.

Nunca llegué a jugar este juego, pero a mí en lo personal me gusta bastante el golf me parece un deporte emocionante y de mucha precisión e inteligencia, este juego tuvo que haber sidor mundial por todo lo que mencionas, me impresiona que incluso se puedan jugar hasta 4 amigos al mismo tiempo wow, yo he descargado algunos juegos en mi teléfono de golf, y recuerdo haber jugado en la consola Wii un juego de golf pero hace bastante tiempo, en fin, buen juego!
El de Wii es al que mas había jugado, este me llamo bastante la atención los detalles al momento de golpear la pelota y lo complicado que resultaba hacer un tiro perfecto. en verdad dure como 50 tiros para hacer el Hole In One jajajaja

Es para la SNES, puedes bajarte un emulador SNES por internet y buscas el room del juego por el nombre, la ventaja de estos juegos antiguos es que su peso es mínimo y se descarga en menos de 5 min jaja
