Rising Star | I minted my first NFT!

avatar

Just the day before yesterday I was writing about my tactics for the upcoming weeks regarding to how was going to manage my ego in Rising Star and still proceed in the game. This seemed like a decent way to move on, but all of a sudden this has changed.

Because instrument minting is live and kicking and it is damn fun too!

So yesterday it already happened, I have minted my first very own NFT in Rising Star and have a card now in the market which is so fresh, who wouldn't want to have it?

The thing I was writing about before in my previous post is that I was working on getting my ego down by working on the skill missions. And that is exactly what has changed now. Because these guitar NFTs give you 'LUCK' as a stat, and this will increase you skill options in the music lesson missions. So better said, my tactic changed all of a sudden to minting these NFTs and getting the luck from there and then doing the skill missions. Get it?

Making you own NFT is actually increadibly easy. Now I was lucky to unlock the country tour mission yesterday as well, which will give me up to 550 Starbits per 5 minute mission which is a damn good deal ofcourse for collecting Starbits. And you need the Starbits because you need them to start crafting you guitar parts.

Now here comes the nitty gritty. You need to pay 1000 Starbits to work on getting your guitar parts at the guitar fair. Boom and that is the big difference. Starbits are kept in game and people will want to have them to do these missions. And I like it that they are only 5 minute missions because this makes it attractive to just do one here and there.

As said before, my ego was getting out of hand a bit and it is important to spread my mission over various ones. So with also unlocking the Country Tour for the Rap Battles and being able to craft these parts means that I get tons of more options during the day to do. Fun stuff!

Back to minting these cards. Once enough guitar parts obtained in the 'Crafting Shop' you go to crafting and here you get a very nice overview of what parts you already have.

If you have enough parts to craft an instrument (you need one from every category, so yes minting a guitar will cost you at least 4000 Starbits to make) the game will automatically pop up with what kind of guitar you want to make.

I had the option to choose between two of them because I have more than 1 different part hoovering in there. So you choose and 'boooom' you NFT is yours. Easy like Sunday morning and just a lot of fun!

Haven't started playing as yet? Give it a try here at Risingstargame.com

Congrats on minting your first guitar. I gave up after getting 12 parts, mostly silver strings, and not being able to make one. Same old, same old luck for me, or, rather, lack of it! 😂

Awesome! congrats on your first mint! on average how much starbits did this set you back to build this baby? Will be interesting to look at vs buying an instrument!
