Review | Death Stranding

I don't know if this year is the effect of Corona 19, Plays 5 will most likely fail, or Lao 2 will fail, but no game console can do more than last year. It's hard to say that is objective as the range of preferred game genres is not that wide, but it is certain that some titles have disappointed users. Like Lao 2 ...

Among them, one of the most recommended games is  DEATH STRANDING  . But looking back, this was also a game released late last year… What is the importance of being late and early in meetings? If you enjoyed classic games that came beforehand, wouldn't it be possible to be reborn as an experience today?

In fact, I have very little background knowledge on Death Stranding. I started by recommending an acquaintance to recommend '  try this coupang friends game', and it's  a good phrase to explain in one line to people who are curious about what the game is about  , but not enough to describe the whole game. On the other hand, using the latest expression, the description of the '  post-corona world  ' seems more appropriate.

The mask uncle who seems to be able to catch zombies well for some reason  is the main character of the game. He works diligently as a courier in a situation where humanity is almost extinct because of the aliens who suddenly appear  . The remaining humans live in hiding from aliens who emit the substance of death, wait only to the end, and are immune to the substance of death, the protagonist, the son of the former president (...), necessary for people living apart like an island. This is an inventory delivery plot. Similar to how the world looks like today, when the words 'social distancing' and 'no face to face' became familiar. The future is coming so fast.

I want to give a good overall evaluation for directing. The maps are quite visible, so it's fun to move around, and the background music personally feels really good. The controls are not that difficult due to the nature of the game, so you can immerse yourself in the unique game world. It's good that the open world is put to good use by adding a little philosophical spice to the alien theme that is hard to eat in today's gaming market.

The game's creator is  Hideo Kojima, who is famous  for  the Metal Gear series, and  when he created the game, he said he believed that it was 'a completely different thing from the games that came out so far'. As you played the game, you nodded your head at the words. The main elements of the open world are battles with enemies or searching for items, but that is very secondary  , and as I mentioned earlier, how to get around the map without anyone alone with luggage is very new.

If you gradually immerse yourself in the game you can say that the outlook is modern, realistic and futuristic, but nevertheless, it is complicated. The backdrop is gorgeous, but it's scary to see threatening aliens running around, and it's amazing that there are no people, and sometimes even enemies, and the song that appears in the middle is good. Because they communicated with the NPCs almost from a distance, there was no real encounter, but the story was revealed.

The only chance to recognize other people is the 'Like' mark which can be seen when visiting a real user who has purchased the same game or where npc has been. Since there is no interaction with other people, it feels pretty good to find him later. I felt the hearts of millions of YouTubers screaming for them to subscribe and loving it.

However, as the  limitations of Japanese producers who were still in feudal society, men had various appearances, but all women were beautiful, naked, and liked to leave mysterious words unknown. It seemed like he wanted to send various messages through the in-game elements, but the way he explained the story was a bit tacky and I didn't understand it very well. It will be a month for many Japanese game makers and companies to realize that 'Save the World' is a character who just uses a lot of metaphors that seem mysteriously out and not very cool when they move. I know Kojima-san also ran away because he hated Japanese companies like that. Hey, are you real!

Don't say this

The directing is a bit cool, so it feels like a few hours, but  it's a game  that  doesn't have  the  backward  view  to lead the user to the end  . If someone is going to challenge you, please don't try to spoil all the play and subques as if playing an open world game. You will probably be tired in an hour or two. Even if the main search is straight, there are no major obstacles to development, and otherwise deployment will be too slow. There are definitely advantages to taking advantage of novelty and fun, but there's a bit of tension in being sticky. Do you use Deathstrandingafter selling used titles at Hanwoori  ? If you ask about that and  say it's about 20,000 won, you'll live  .

I don't know if the creators made a game to demonstrate this,  but  I do feel that Deathstranding is  the closest yet realistic game we can imagine  . The explosive bomb was falling or not like a sudden explosion from the earth half washed away as we gradually passed the day, literally eating away at God's actions  things like human germsdecreased due to, and that the center  became another distraction, Unbelief increased, and in the end, it depicts a future walking through a long and painful process of destruction rather than a neat death caused by a major accident. This is definitely not the game the protagonist is solving, and users who like this are more preferred.

If you keep playing, you'll be deeply impressed by the  protagonist (I'm on my way to work?) Who wanders around without dreams, hopes, or goals and makes pressing the like button you see past your only pleasure  . It's not really a good intention for me, but when I see a building with a lot of likes being suppressed, it looks like someone is suppressing it because I might be bored for some reason. Rather, it's a game that reminds me of the indiscriminate hatred and nasty comments from people who don't know who I am.

What's different for us? I feel better if I just say 'lol' to comments I write anywhere because I'm bored,  and when I see comments asking how I said my parents were suddenly in a rush, I felt like I  wanted to put my head down on the pillow and crying  . Humans are influenced by other people in some way, and the more they try to get out of it, the more they suffer. In the end, all  I could do was make the strainer a little hollow and only a filter can help me . I hope the rest of the trash is cleared up for someone else, and I hope that someone who doesn't know my name knows a little of my good intentions and wants to join us. Because, as it is always said, mental victories bring health to both body and mind. Don't be too spoiled. And come to my blog and see certification information.
