My First Week in Inazuma - Overview and Tips | Genshin Impact v2.0 |EN/ES|

This has been a long-waited update for Genshin Impact, and after the first week, I wanted to share some cool aspects of it plus some tips to start enjoying this marvelous islands.

Inazuma is the third region of Teyvat in Genshin Impact. It is based on Japan's culture, and it will be formed of six islands. The element of this region is Electro, and everything was built using both japan and Electro aspects. Three islands were released in the first part of the update.

Word of Alert: if you want to discover this new region by yourself, you might feel spoiled by this post, so keep from reading it. Otherwise, you are welcome to find my tips to start your yourney at Inazuma.

Narukami Island

Beidou's fleet leaves us at Ritou island, part of the grand Narukami one. We have to make our way through this locked state and have permission to wander through the islands. that's top priority for now, so you must follow the main quest till you are able to travel as you please.

Along with following the quest, it is important to unlock the Island map by accessing our first Electro Archon statue. It is located at the highest point in Ritou, and the quest will eventually lead you near it. This starts one of our first priorities, we have to gather all electroculus to level up this Archon statue until it reaches max lvl 10.

Narukami Shrine and Sakura Tree

One of the main places in Inazuma, and a priority as well, is the Narukami Shrine. It completely resembles Shintoist temples, and it is directed by a possible kitsune named Yae Miko (future character).

The special thing about this shrine is that it contains an Electro Sakura tree. By offering Electro sigils to this tree, we level it up and obtain certain benefits important for the exploration of Inazuma.

The reason why leveling up this tree is also important is because of the exploration of Inazuma. In certain levels, the anemograna will obtain more power and features. These are electro particles scattered all around the islands, they are born of the tree roots, and they help you solve most of the electro puzzles in the islands. You will be able to access more places and obtain more treasure chest by increasing your electrograna features.

Inazuma City

As Mondstadt and Liyue, Inazuma has its own main city. It is a complete reflection of Japanese culture. It is quite big actually, and it has the Shogun's castle at the highest southeast part of Narukami island. As usual, you will find alchemy, forge, groceries, restaurants, and relic stores. Don't feel frustrated if you can't interact with some of them at the beginning as you will in time.

Sakura trees are all over the city, and their petals fall like snow. The city will also provide many secondary quests which are important to unlock features within it, and to accumulate reputation experience.

Another important aspect is the new set of weapons. Do not feel bad if you don't see them at the forge, the blueprints must be obtained on quests. So, if you want one of them, focus on the mission related to that particular weapon first. So far, four of the five new weapons are obtainable except the bow. I'm sure we'll see that one once Yoimiya comes in.

If you have other regions' reputations completed, it is time to focus on this one. A good start is to complete the two archon quest available. Next, you can focus on exploration to receive experience based on exploration milestones. added to that, secondary missions also give some city experience. This will grant cool rewards like gadgets and the traditional electroculus finder or the Inazuma treasure compass.

Chinju Forest and Hidden Shrines

Another beautiful area of this island is the blue flower forest of Chinju. It is filled with mischievous Tanuki (Japanese raccoon dog) who can lead you to treasures like artifacts.

If you encounter a Tanuki, it will start producing some music. Once you approach it'll disappear and reappear nearby producing the same music again. by playing this game, the tanuki will lead you to a location in which it will change shape for you to interact (like a fire place or an elemental totem).

The Shrines and kitsune are a central theme for the Narukami island. You can find them everywhere, and they are related to the main story of the place. The forge at Kannazuka island and the serpent remains at the Shiori Island are great creative scenarios to explore. Each has missions and mechanisms related to these features that honestly I haven't discovered completely. The important thing is to unlock their maps so you can play the current Beidou event that takes place on all islands.

Events

Currently, Thunder Sojourn is the introductory event for Inazuma. It is composed of many challenges scattered around the three islands. Each one has its dynamic related to electro features. You will need to unlock the entire map so you can move around chasing the challenges as they appear. Also, character missions are available; they are a great way to know the new characters and see if you will spend some wishes on them or not. I truly recommend Ayaka. Yoimiya's quest will allow you to play with her so you can try it out before her banner!

Inazuma Objects

Everything is new with this region. We have to collect new flowers, ores, gadgets, talent scrolls, monsters materials and more. The main important ones are the memento lens and the seed dispensary. Each one is obtained on a secondary quest. After that, we will need amethyst lump ore for the new weapons, and there are some cool bounties related to naku weed. Just grab everything that shines and kill everything that moves!!

Todo es nuevo en esta región. Tenemos que recolectar nuevas flores, minerales, artilugios, pergaminos de talentos, materiales de monstruos y más. Los principales importantes son la lente de recuerdo y el dispensario de semillas. Cada uno se obtiene en una misión secundaria.
