Hello everyone...

A few days ago I was exploring the Gaming community trends page, and I found a post from @gabrielatravels about a game called House Flippler, at first I did not find it very attractive, since I did not see something fun to do remodeling or cleaning a house, since sometimes or rather all the time I am too lazy to do it in real life with my own house.

But I looked for this game in the Play Store and I found that there was a mobile version, of course not with the same features but in essence, it was the same experience offered by the PC version. I downloaded it and although at first, it was very frustrating trying to figure out what were the illuminated objects to change, when I saw what it was that the game offered, I have not stopped playing, in fact, it has become my new mobile video game addiction. I ordered it about 4 days ago and have already played it for over 6 hours.

Thank you very much Gabriela for sharing this gem, which reminds me of a lot of other games like The Sims, where you have a simulation of the daily life of a "Utiliti" which in my country means or refers to a person who does all kinds of jobs.

When you start playing House Flipper you are given some guided missions to understand the mechanics of the game, which more or less is about doing errands or jobs for customers who need cleaning in their homes, remodeling, or making drastic changes for an event or an emergency. Up to what I have played I have attended people with psychotic problems that damaged the house, people who have parties and turn the house into a pigsty, people who need help to organize a children's party, and I also remember a lady who needed help with a huge mess that the pets had made.

As this game has caught my attention I will share more about the jobs I find the best or the ones I do originally and amazingly.

Remodeling my Office

When you do your first missions in House Flipper, you are given a house or office to remodeling. The one they gave me looked like a crack house or rather a house where they cooked meth. There was garbage everywhere and stains on the walls that you don't know if they were blood or ketchup stains. Also, the walls were unkempt, unpainted and the windows were very, very dirty. The bathroom was another thing that was terrifying to enter because you didn't know if a pennywise or swamp thing was going to come out of the toilet.

So I got down to work and started to pick up all the garbage that was all over the house, I also cleaned all the stains that were on the walls, windows, and ceiling, as well as plastering the walls with plaster to repair the holes they had, change all the electrical and heating installations, doors and windows. And when everything is totally clean I started to sell everything that did not fit with my idea of minimalism in a house, as I consider that a house loaded with so many things is unnecessary for me. So I took the scanner and started to green everything, absolutely everything, the bed, the closets, the kitchen, the windows, the, everything... Then I painted the walls yellow but honestly, I didn't like it as it didn't match what I had in mind, plus yellow makes the house look stuffy or full, so white was my best choice.

The Bathroom

With the bathroom, I made radical changes, since the model of the W.C., the sink, and the trash can, did not give me any sense of peace, plus I thought about cleaning the W.C. and the sink since I like the retro style. But it was too big and outlandish and there wasn't much space in 6 square meters, so I decided to go for a smaller toilet and sink with plenty of space to put a shower with glass walls. The only thing I kept was the mirror as it has a style that matches any color or environment.

Bedroom / Office

With the bedroom or my office I also made radical changes, for example I sold the big old closet that was there, because it took all the space that was in the room and as it is a small house that the space of the kitchen, living room and bedroom is shared, so I organized the space better to fit the things that really matter to me if I had a house like this.

For example I bought a smaller bed, a small drawer where I can store clothes or personal hygiene products and on top of that a TV right in front of the bed, a desk to put my PC and a mirror, which matches the whole space. The only bad thing about this game is that you can't make walls (at least the android version) as it would make a dividing wall between the kitchen and the bedroom.

Kitchen

With the kitchen area, I also made many changes, for example, I sold all the real estate, even the curtains that were very dirty. Then when I started to buy what I consider necessary as a coffee maker to endure long nights without sleep, a blender, a hood for the kitchen, a stove with an oven, and two small counters with drawers to store food and dishes. I also had to change the direction in which the kitchen was located, since it did not leave me enough space in the bedroom.

General Arrangements

The walls were painted white as I mentioned before, the ceiling I also put color but with some tiles of crossed lines and the floor, I put a patterned paper with geometric shapes, the walls of the background and the beginning where the door is I put another type of paper that although it is not white makes a good contrast with the rest of the decoration. Maybe the patterned wallpaper on the walls and ceiling and the floor tiles make a lot of noise, but later I can change it and make an update.

I made a short gameplay for those who want to download this game on play store, I think this is more fun than cleaning in real life as the payment is much better LOL.

In conclusion, House Flipper is a super awesome game as it allows you to clear your mind and try a different game than usual. I give it a good score although it lacks some things you can do in the game like going outside, making walls or demolishing things you don't like like like a wall or a whole room. But anyway the game is good to have a good time having fun and solving the disasters that other people make.

Hola a todos...

Hace algunos días estaba explorando la página de tendencias de la comunidad de Gaming, y encontré una publicación de @gabrielatravels sobre un juego llamado House Flippler, en primera instancia no me pareció muy atractivo, ya que no veía algo divertido el hacer remodelaciones o limpieza a una casa, ya que a veces o más bien todo el tiempo me da mucha pereza hacerlo en la vida real con mi propia casa.

Pero busque este juego en el Play Store y me encontré que había una versión para móvil, claro no con las mismas funciones pero en esencia era la misma experiencia que ofrecía el de la versión para PC. Lo descargue y aunque al principio fue muy frustrante tratar de descubrir cuáles eran los objetos iluminados que había que cambiar, cuando vi lo que realmente era ello que ofrecía el juego, no he parado de jugar, de hecho se ha convertido en mi nueva adicción de videojuegos móviles. Lo he encargado hace unos 4 días y ya he jugado más de 6 horas.

Muchas gracias Gabriela por compartir este joya, que me recuerda mucho a otros juegos como The Sims, donde tienes una simulación de la vida cotidiana de un "Utiliti" que en mi país significa o se refiere una persona que hace de todo tipo de trabajos.

Cuando comienzas a jugar House Flipper te dan algunas misiones guiadas para que entiendas la mecánica del juego, que más o menos se trata de hacer encargos o trabajos a clientes que necesitan limpieza en sus casas, remodelaciones o hacer cambios drásticos para algún evento o por alguna emergencia. Hasta lo que he jugado he atendido a personas con problemas psicóticos que dañaron la casa, personas que hacen fiestas y convierten la casa en una porqueriza, personas que necesitan una ayuda para organizar una fiesta infantil y tambien recuerdo una señora que necesitaba una ayuda con un enorme desastre que habían hecho las mascotas.

Como este juego me ha atrapado en gran manera compartiré mas sobre los trabajos que me resulten mejores o los que haga de manera original e increíble.

Remodelando mi Oficina

Cuando realizas tus primeras misiones en House Flipper, te dan una casa u oficina para que la remodeles. La que me dieron a mi parecia una casa de crack o más bien una casa donde cocinaban metanfetaminas. Había basura por todos lados y manchas en las paredes que no sabes si eran manchas de sangre o de salsa de tomate. Además las paredes estaban descuidadas, sin pintura y las ventanas muy pero muy sucias. El baño era otra cosa que daba terror entrar ya que no sabía si pennywise o swamp thing iba a salir del WC.

Así que puse manos a la obra y comencé a recoger toda la basura que había en toda la casa, tambien limpie todas las manchas que habían en las paredes, en las ventanas y en el techo, así como enlucir las paredes con yeso para reparar los huecos que tenían, cambiar todas las instalaciones eléctricas y de calefacción, puertas y ventanas. Y cuando todo está totalmente limpio comencé a vender todo lo que no concordaba con mi idea de minimalismo en una casa, ya que considero que una casa muy cargada con tantas cosas es algo innecesario para mí. Así que tome el escáner y comencé a verde todo, absolutamente todo lo que había, la cama, los armarios, la cocina, los escaparates, el, todo... Luego pinte las paredes de un amarillo pero honestamente no me gusto ya que no concordaba con lo que tenía en mente, además el color amarillo hace que la casa se vea cargada o llena, por eso el blanco fue mi mejor elección.

El baño

Con el baño hice cambios radicales, ya que el modelo del W.C., el lavamanos y el bote de basura, no me daban ninguna sensación de paz, además yo pensaba en limpiar el W.C. y el lavamanos ya que me gusta el estilo retro. Pero era muy grande y estrambótico y no había mucho espacio en 6mts cuadrados, así que bote por un W.C. y un lavamanos más pequeños y que además de mejo mucho espacio para poner una ducha con paredes de cristal. Lo único que conserve fue el espejo ya que tiene un estilo que concuerda con cualquier color o ambiente.

Dormitorio / Oficina

Con el Dormitorio o mi oficina hice tambien cambios radicales, por ejemplo vendí el armario grande y viejo que había, ya que quitaba todo el espacio que había en la habitación y como es una casa pequeña que el espacio de la cocina, la sala y el dormitorio es compartido, así que organice mejor el espacio para que cupieran las cosas que realmente me importan si tuviera una casa así.

Por ejemplo compre una cama más pequeña, un pequeño cajón donde puedo guardar la ropa o productos de aseo persona y sobre este un televisor justo al frente de la cama, un escritorio para poner mi PC y un espejo, que hace juego con todo el espacio. Lo único malo de este juego es que no puedes hacer paredes (al menos la versión para android) ya que haría una pared divisoria entre la cocina y el dormitorio.

Con el área de la cocina tambien hice muchos cambios, por ejemplo vendí todo los inmuebles hasta las cortinas que estaban muy sucias. Luego cuando comencé a comprar lo que yo considero necesario como una cafetera para aguantar largas noches sin dormir, una licuadora, una campana para la cocina, una cocina con horno y dos pequeños mesones con cajones para guardar la comida y platos. Además tuve que cambiar el sentido en que estaba la cocina, ya que no me dejaba suficiente espacio en el dormitorio.

Arreglos generales

Las paredes las termine pintando de blanco como mencione antes, el techo tambien le puse color pero con unas baldosas de líneas cruzadas y el suelo coloque una papel estampado con formas geométricas, las paredes del fondo y la del inicio donde está la puerta le puse otro tipo de papel que aunque no es blanco totalmente hace un buen contraste con lo demás de la decoración. Tal vez haga mucho ruido los papeles estampados de las paredes y el techo y las baldosas del piso, pero más adelante puedo cambiarlo y hacer una actualización.

Hice un corto gameplay para aquellos que deseen descargar este juego en play store, pienso que esto es mas divertido que limpiar en la vida real ya que el pago es mucho mejor LOL.

En conclucion, House Flipper es un juego súper increíble ya que te permite despejar la mente e intentar un juego distinto a lo habitual. Yo le doy una buena puntuación aunque le faltan algunas cosas que puedas hacer en el videojuego como salir al exterior, hacer paredes o demoler cosas que no te gustan como una pared o una habitación entera. Pero en fin el juego sirve para pasar un buen rato divirtiéndose y resolviendo los desastres que hacen otras personas.
