They say that good stories have to end with a flourish and that is precisely what rocksteady studios brings us with the final installment of the Arkham saga. Ultimate excellence can be noticed throughout the game and new visual enhancements make Batman Arkham knight the best game of 2015.

Trailer

We can see that the trailer presents us with a more experienced Batman in a high-tech suit and also has a mission to protect people from the evil plans of scarecrow, so he can fulfill his father's wish and use the wealth he has to help others. In this installment, Batman confronts all the villains who unite in a final attempt to finish him off. But we will be fighting more closely with Arkham knight, scarecrow and the famous Joker.

Batman Arkham knight is an action-adventure video game where rocksteady studios took back control of the development giving us such an excellent game as Arkham city and Arkham asylum. It was released for Playstation, 4 Xbox one and PC platforms in 2015

Plot

One year after the events in Arkham city, Gotham seems to be quiet, crime is down, and people are looking happier. But to disturb the tranquility that exists in Gotham, Scarecrow launches a threat to all citizens and tells them that they must evacuate the city or it will release a very dangerous toxin that causes panic and fear in the population and makes them become aggressive, the whole city collapses because of the panic and crime and anarchy take over the streets again. Batman goes out to face this whole situation and try to stop the scarecrow plans.

Batman follows the trail that Scarecrow has left that leads him to his hiding place, then with the help of the oracle they know the origin of the toxin and locate it in ace chemicals, Batman goes there armed with his best suit but when he arrives he finds Arkham knight and a group of mercenaries and after fighting them and defeating them he finds out that Scarecrow has kidnapped the oracle and before exploding a toxin bomb, injects a little bit of Batman, and he in his mind fights with the Joker (In the video game it is revealed that the Joker before he died injected some people with his blood including Batman, so even though he already died, in this video game he appears as a recurrent character in our hero's mind when he is injected with the fear toxin, Batman and the Joker fight for the control of Bruce Wayne's body).

After escaping the explosion, Batman discovers that Simon Stagg is helping Scarecrow to build a device that will emit a greater spread of the fear toxin called "The Rainstorm". So after locating scarecrow in a blimp he faces him where he almost defeats him but suddenly Arkham knight appears, again Batman is injected with the fear toxin and the Joker emerges again. After recovering, Batman continues his search for the scarecrow and locates it in Chinatown where he claims to have a barbarian, but when he gets there, the scarecrow injects the oracle with the fear toxin and she, in her desperation, succumbs to panic and commits suicide. Batman is devastated to see this and asks poison ivy for help. Because he realizes that she is immune and so in order to make an antidote, ivy and Batman team up and search for an ancient plant in Gotham to stop the scarecrow toxin.

Then Batman sees that Harley Quinn is on the trail of the patients infected with the Joker's blood to free them, when he gets to where he is holding the people he realizes that one of the patients has killed the others and that before committing suicide he realizes that Batman is also infected and that he will be the best joker of all, the perfect Joker. Robin who is also there, upon learning that Batman is infected tries to confine him to a cell but Batman refuses to be confined until he stops the scarecrow plans. We move on to another scene where we see Arkham knight activating the downpour, flooding all of Gotham city with the toxin of fear. Batman destroys the downpour and stops the effects of the toxin on the population with the help of poison ivy, but when exposed to the toxin Batman sees how The Joker becomes even stronger and takes more and more control of Bruce Wayne's body. Then destroying The Downpour Batman chases Arkham knight and after an intense battle using the Batmobile, Arkham knight reveals his identity and Batman is surprised to see Jason Todd the former Robin that The Joker killed.

Gordon wants his daughter back and so betrays Batman and takes him to Scarecrow, Batman realizes that the oracle is not dead and that what happened was a hallucination, Batman rescues Barbara but her father is kidnapped by Scarecrow, who uses the Arkham knight militia to attack the Gotham police department and so use that as a distraction to kidnap Robin too. When Batman sees that his two friends are trapped, he decides to surrender to Scarecrow in order to save them. So Batman is taken to the ruins of the Arkham Asylum where Scarecrow injects him repeatedly with the fear toxin and shoots Robin so that Batman reveals his secret identity to the world, and after being revealed, scarecrow injects batman again and we can see a scene where Batman fights with the Joker in his mind (which is the best part of the video game and the most intriguing and there is also a scene where we can see the jokermovil).

The Joker tries to break Batman by reminding him of all the victims of collateral damage, but Batman defeats him by reminding him of the Joker's greatest fear, which is to be completely forgotten. And after defeating him and locking him up forever, Batman takes complete control of his body and at that moment Jason Todd helps Batman and releases him, and when scarecrow tries to inject him again with the fear toxin, Batman uses it against him and reveals himself to everyone that he is a simple coward. He is then locked up with all of Batman's villains and has been defeating and trapping them all night long.

Batman knowing that his secret identity was revealed decides to activate the protocol "fall of the bat", devised in case his identity was discovered, but before activating it he makes sure that the whole city of Gotham is safe. Then he arrives at his mansion where there are many journalists, when he enters and is received by Alfred The mansion explodes and apparently both die. In another scene we see a future mayor Jim Gordon attending the wedding of Tim Drake and Barbara Gordon, we also see a scene where two criminals try to assault some people in an alley but are arrested by someone unexpected, our hero Batman.

Playbility

As in previous deliveries in Batman Arkham knight you can use all your gadgets, which will help you complete the missions of the game, in relation to combat you can make different combos in a row for a greater streak and damage to your enemies. Also you can avoid the attacks of your opponents and use them against them. The novelty of Arkham knight is that they introduce a combat mode called "fear elimination" where you can submit 3 enemies at the same time but without being detected. It is also introduced the fight mode "duel game" where you can use Batman, Robin and catwoman.

And something extremely extraordinary that offers you Arkham knight, it is the biggest use that you can give to the batmovil, since you can summon it to your will where you are, and if you are in the air it can follow you and arrive to you when you land.

Like previous installments in Arkham knight, Batman will face numerous villains such as Harley Quinn, the penguin, two faces, enigma and the common thugs of the streets of Gotham, but not to extend and mention all (because they are more than 20) alone will the two main antagonists of this video game that are scarecrow and Arkham knight.

Jonathan Crane - Scarecrow

These are details that leave you an excellent impression of the great work that was done for this game.

In terms of sound the game also has an excellent soundtrack that will keep you caught all the hours that the game lasts. Also the voices of the characters, the sounds of the batmobile or even the background song Only you - The platters which sounds recurrently throughout the video game, makes you feel like a whole thriller.

Since this marks the end of the Arkham saga they had to do it in an epic way so it would have the best reviews that a video game based on a comic book character can have. And it goes without saying that Arkham knight did it, he managed to close a story that
has caught thousands of players (Incluyedome) becoming one of the best games that has come on the market about a superhero. Due to this it has received many critics most of them very positive, also it has had a general score of 9.3 points and also it has received different prizes and finally as for the reception of the gamers at world-wide level Arkham knight counts on a reception of 96%.

Final words

The final words are what I like the most since I give my personal opinion based on all the experience I've had playing the video game. Personally I can say that the whole Arkham saga was made in an excellent way and thinking about the players improving in each game and giving you more and more emotion and action. Also the plot of the video game through the three deliveries you see how the character is becoming stronger and more agile also see how the villains are increasingly ruthless, based on personal experience I can say that the entire saga of Arkham is one of the best games I've played in my life.

Another thing that really catches my attention and that I love about the Arkham saga is that they fuse aspects of comics and DC movies that you can see while you're playing and also see how they add a touch of creativity to make the plot more appealing. For example, here in Arkham knight we can see Jason Todd who according to the DC movies was killed by the Joker and then with the help of ra's al ghul revives and seeks revenge from Batman and the Joker, we also see Barbara Gordon in a wheelchair, What makes a direct reference to the comic the killing joke and another aspect is in terms of the use of the downpour that could be said to be very similar to Christopher nolan's first film Batman begins where the scarecrow with the help of ra's al ghul want to disperse the toxin of fear using the water evaporated throughout the city. And if we start taking out more references from the two previous installments we would continue writing and writing until we have a post of more than 20,000 words.

So to conclude I want to give a score to this game and also to the whole Arkham saga of 9.5 since for everything I mentioned before Arkham Knight, Arkham city and Arkham asylum are the best games they have been able to develop about our dear dark knight.

Dicen que las buenas historias tienen que concluir con broche de oro y eso es precisamente lo que rocksteady studios nos trae con la entrega final de la saga Arkham. Excelencia definitiva por todo lo alto se pueden notar a lo largo del videojuego y las nuevas mejoras en aspecto visual hacen de Batman Arkham knight el mejor juego del 2015.

Trailer

Podemos ver que el trailer nos presenta a un Batman más experimentado y con un traje de alta tecnología y también debe cumplir una misión proteger a las personas de los perversos planes de scarecrow, y así poder cumplir el deseo de su padre y usar la riqueza que tiene para ayudar a las demás. En esta entrega Batman se enfrenta a todos los villanos que se unen en un intento final por acabar con él. Pero estaremos peleando más de cerca con Arkham knight, scarecrow y con el famoso Joker.

Batman Arkham knight es un videojuego de acción-aventura donde rocksteady studios tomó de nuevo el control del desarrollo dándonos un juego tan excelente Cómo Arkham city y Arkham asylum. Fue lanzado para las plataformas de Playstation, 4 Xbox one y PC en el 2015.

Trama

Un año después de los acontecimientos de Arkham city, gotham parece estar tranquila, el crimen bajo y las personas se ven más felices. Pero para perturbar la tranquilidad que existe en gotham, scarecrow lanza una amenaza a todos los ciudadanos y les dice que deben evacuar la ciudad o liberara una toxina muy peligrosa que causa pánico y miedo en la población y hacen que se vuelvan agresivos, la ciudad entera colapsa por el pánico y el crimen y la anarquía toman de nuevo las calles. Batman sale enfrentar toda esta situación y a tratar de detener los planes de scarecrow.

Batman sigue la pista que ha dejado scarecrow que lo lleva hasta su escondite, luego con la ayuda del oráculo conocen el origen de la toxina y lo ubican en ace chemicals, Batman se dirige hasta allá armado con su mejor battraje pero al llegar se encuentra con Arkham knight y un grupo de mercenarios y después de luchar contra ellos y vencerlos se entera de que scarecrow tiene secuestrada al oráculo y antes de estallar una bomba de toxinas, le inyecta un poco a Batman, y el en su mente lucha con el Joker (En el videojuego se revela que el Joker antes de morir inyectó algunas personas con su sangre incluyendo a Batman, por eso aunque ya murió, en este videojuego aparece como personaje recurrente en la mente de nuestro heroe cuando es inyectado con la toxina del miedo, Batman y el Joker luchan por el control del cuerpo de Bruce Wayne).

Después de escapar de la explosión Batman descubre que Simon stagg está ayudando a scarecrow a construir un aparato para que emita una mayor esparcion de la toxina del miedo llamado "El aguacero". Así que después de localizar a scarecrow en un dirigible se enfrenta a el donde casi lo derrota pero de repente aparece Arkham knight, de nuevo Batman es inyectado con la toxina del miedo y el Joker vuelve a surgir. Batman después de recuperarse sigue en su búsqueda de scarecrow y lo localiza en Chinatown donde él afirma que tiene a bárbara, pero al llegar allí scarecrow inyecta al oráculo con la toxina del miedo y ella en su desespero sucumbe al pánico y se suicida. Batman destrozado al ver esto le pide ayuda a hiedra venenosa Por qué se da cuenta que ella es inmune y así para poder hacer un antídoto, hiedra y Batman se unen y buscan una planta antigua en gotham para detener la toxina de scarecrow.

Luego Batman se entera de que Harley Quinn está tras la pista de los pacientes infectados con la sangre del Joker para liberarlos, al llegar hasta dónde tiene recluidas a las personas se da cuenta de que uno de los pacientes ha asesinado a los demás y que antes de suicidarse se da cuenta de que Batman también está infectado y que él será el mejor joker de todos, el Joker perfecto. Robin que también está allí, al enterarse de que Batman está infectado trata de recluirlo en una celda pero Batman se niega a ser recluido hasta que detenga los planes de scarecrow. Pasamos a otra escena donde vemos Arkham knight activando el aguacero, inundando a toda gotham city con la toxina del miedo, Batman destruye el aguacero y detiene los efectos de la toxina en la población con la ayuda de hiedra venenosa, pero al exponerse a la toxina Batman ve como El Joker se fortalece aún más y toma cada vez más control del cuerpo de Bruce Wayne. Luego destruir El aguacero Batman persigue a Arkham knight y después de una intensa batalla usando el Batimóvil, Arkham knight revela su identidad y Batman se sorprende al ver a Jason Todd el antiguo Robin que El Joker asesinó.

Gordon quiere recuperar a su hija y por eso traiciona Batman y lo lleva ante scarecrow, Batman se da cuenta de que el oráculo no está muerta y que lo sucedido fue una alucinación, Batman rescata a bárbara pero su papá es secuestrado por scarecrow, quién usa la milicia de Arkham knight para atacar el departamento de policía de gotham y así usar eso como distracción para secuestrar también a Robin. Luego al ver Batman que sus dos amigos están atrapados decide rendirse ante scarecrow para poder salvarlos, Así que Batman es llevado a las ruinas del asilo Arkham dónde scarecrow le inyecta repetidas veces la toxina del miedo y le dispara a Robin para que Batman revele ante todo el mundo su identidad secreta, y después de ser revelada, scarecrow inyecta nuevamente a batman y podemos ver una escena donde Batman lucha con el Joker en su mente (Que es la mejor parte del videojuego y la más intrigante y también hay una escena donde podemos ver el jokermovil).

El Joker intenta doblegar a Batman recordándole todas las víctimas de daños colaterales, pero Batman lo vence recordándole el mayor miedo del Joker, que es ser completamente olvidado. Y luego de vencerlo y encerrarlo para siempre Batman toma completo control de su cuerpo y en ese momento Jason Todd ayuda a Batman y lo libera, y cuando scarecrow trata de inyectarle de nuevo la toxina del miedo, Batman la usa en su contra y se revela ante todos que es un simple cobarde. Luego es encerrado junto a todos los villanos de Batman a ido venciendo y atrapando durante toda la noche.

Batman sabiendo que su identidad secreta fue revelada decide activar el protocolo "caída del murciélago", ideado en caso de que su identidad fuera descubierta, pero antes de activarlo se asegura de que toda la ciudad de gotham esté a salvo. Luego llega a su mansión donde hay muchos periodistas, al entrar y ser recibido por Alfred La mansión explota y aparentemente mueren ambos. En otra escena se ve a un futuro alcalde Jim Gordon asistiendo a la boda de Tim drake y bárbara Gordon, también vemos una escena donde dos delincuentes intentan asaltar a unas personas en un callejón pero son detenidas por alguien inesperado, nuestro héroe Batman.

Jugabilidad

Al igual que en las entregas anteriores en Batman Arkham knight puedes usar todos tus artilugios, que te ayudarán a completar las misiones del juego, en lo relacionado al combate puedes hacer diferentes combos seguidos para una mayor racha y daño a tus enemigos. También puedes esquivar los ataques de tus oponentes y usarlos en su contra. Lo novedoso de Arkham knight es que introducen un modo de combate llamado "eliminación de miedo" dónde puede someter a 3 enemigos a la misma vez pero sin ser detectado. También es introducido el modo de pelea "juego a duelo" dónde puedes usar a Batman, Robin y catwoman.

Y algo sumamente extraordinario que te ofrece Arkham knight, es el mayor uso que le puedes dar al batmovil, ya que lo puedes convocar a tu voluntad donde quiera que estes, y si estás en el aire te puede seguir y llegar a ti cuando aterrices

Villanos

Al igual que entregas anteriores en Arkham knight, Batman se enfrentará a numerosos villanos tales como Harley Quinn, el pingüino, dos caras, enigma y los matones comunes de las calles de gotham, Pero para no extenderme y mencionar a todos (porque son más de 20) solamenteré a los dos antagonistas principales de este videojuego que son scarecrow y Arkham knight.

Jonathan Crane - Scarecrow

Es un brillante químico, terrorista narcotraficante y psiquiatra, que hace de villano principal al querer inundar a la ciudad con la toxina del miedo y así despertar el pánico y la desesperación entre la población.

Arkham knight - Jason Todd

El caballero de Arkham hacia el final de este videojuego se revela como Jason Todd el antiguo compañero de Batman a quien el Joker torturó hasta la muerte. Jason ayuda al scarecrow para así castigar a Batman por no haber eliminado de una vez por todas del payaso.

Sonidos y gráficos

Si vamos a hablar sobre el motor gráfico de Arkham knight podemos destacar que rocksteady mejoró mucho los gráficos desde Arkham city, ya que en esta entrega se ve más reales los detalles de los personajes, como la cara, los ojos o incluso el cabello y las arrugas. Son detalles qué te dejan una excelente impresión del gran trabajo que se realizó para este juego.

En cuanto al sonido el juego también cuenta con una excelente banda sonora que te mantendrá atrapado todas las horas que dura el juego. También las voces de los personajes, los sonidos del batmovil o incluso la canción de fondo Only you - The platters qué suena recurrentemente a lo largo del videojuego, te hace sentir como toda una película de suspenso.

Requisitos para PC

Al igual que entregas anteriores Arkham knight también tienes la posibilidad de jugarlo en tu PC pero en vista de que es un juego con gráficos muy potentes tienes que tener un equipo que vaya a la par.

ha atrapado a miles de jugadores (Incluyedome) convirtiéndose en uno de los mejores juegos que ha salido al mercado sobre un superhéroe. Debido a esto ha recibido muchas críticas la mayoría muy positivas, también ha tenido una puntuación general de 9,3 puntos y también ha recibido distintos premios y finalmente en cuanto a la recepción de los gamers a nivel mundial Arkham knight cuenta con una recepción del 96%.

Palabras finales

Las palabras finales es lo que más me gusta ya que doy mi opinión personal basándome en toda la experiencia que he tenido al jugar el videojuego. Personalmente puedo decir qué toda la saga Arkham fue hecha de manera excelente y pensando sobre todo en los jugadores mejorando en cada entrega y dándote cada vez más emoción y acción. También la trama del videojuego a través de las tres entregas ves como el personaje se va haciendo cada vez más fuerte y más ágil también ves como los villanos son cada vez más despiadados, basado en la experiencia personal puedo decir que la saga completa de Arkham es uno de los mejores juegos que he jugado en mi vida.

Otra cosa que me llama muchísimo la atención y que me encanta de la saga de Arkham es que fusionan aspectos de los cómics y las películas de DC que puedes ver mientras juegas y también ver cómo le añaden un toque de creatividad para que la trama resulte más atractiva. Por ejemplo, aquí en Arkham knight podemos ver Jason Todd que según las películas de DC fue asesinado por el Joker y después con ayuda de ra's al ghul revive y busca venganza de Batman y de Joker, también vemos aún a bárbara Gordon en silla de ruedas, Qué hace una referencia directa del cómic the killing joke y otro aspecto es en cuanto al uso del aguacero que se podría decir que se parece mucho a la primera película de Christopher nolan Batman begins donde el espantapájaros con ayuda de ra's al ghul quieren dispersar la toxina del miedo usando el agua evaporada por toda la ciudad. Y si nos ponemos a sacar más referencias de las dos entregas anteriores seguiríamos escribiendo y escribiendo hasta tener un post de más de 20.000 palabras.

Así que para concluir quiero darle una puntuación a este juego y también a toda la saga Arkham de 9.5 ya que por todo lo que mencioné antes Arkham Knight, Arkham city y Arkham asylum son los mejores juegos que han podido desarrollar sobre nuestro querido caballero oscuro.
