What's Buzzing Friends...
One day is 86,400 seconds long. In the course of one day the average human will take about 22,000 breaths, this is about 0.254 breaths per second. WOW...
That fun fact is from the Lung Foundation In Australia, They further go on the say that women and children have a higher breathing rate than men. Interesting and curious...
Continuing down this rabbit hole of human awesomeness... The average heart beats about 100,000 times per day, or 0.864 times a second, and moves about 2,000 gallons (7.57 m³) of blood around you per day. Yes you read that right, about 2,000 gallons (7.57 cubic meters) of blood get pumped around you every day, just think about it, that is extraordinary.
Its sometimes easy to forget just how amazing our bodies are and how much they move fluids and air around us every day. At the human body mind is an elegant design that is remarkable.
