Prompt a day March 18th¦ "WE ARE FRIENDS"

Fiction Prompt: Two enemies meet in a quiet bar.

Jack and Mack is an enemy for a long time. Mack thought Jack stole his girlfriend years ago. Before they were close friends and they knew each other since in college. They were classmates in the same course.
Mack was so inlove with Jennifer that he forgot his friends because of her. Mack gave everything to Jennifer because he thought that she's the one destined for her.
One friday night, a party night. Mack brought Jennifer into the group of his friends. Including Jack, they decided to have a drink in the house of Mack. Mack introduced Jennifer to his friends. Without a doubt Jennifer was pretty but classy.
Jack thought that Jennifer was a decent woman. She acted like a respectable woman. Because of this thought, Jack kept his distance to her. Also he thought that it's the best thing to do as a friend by Mack. He admitted that he found Jennifer attractive but he valued Mack as a friend.
When the night went deeper and the number of beers that was drink too many. Jack became drank and decided to go home first. When Jack asked the groups permission to leave. Jenifer suddenly decided to go home as well. She asked Mack to go together with Jack even if she wasn't invited.
Jennifer and Mack went away from the group. They wanted to talk in private. Jack saw Mack showing a frown face. Jack didn't want to be part of their quarrel. He leaves first but when Jenifer saw it. She removed the hand of Mack that holding her. She ran towards to Jack while Jack had no idea why Jennifer acted that way.
Jack started the engine of his car when Jennifer suddenly hoops in. He kept on telling the woman to go out but it won't listen. Jack's getting annoyed because of it. He looks Mack from a distance and it's obvious that he's mad at him. Jack didn't know why Jennifer acted that way towards him. But because Jack felt drank, he just decided to leave and started driving the car.
Nothing happens both of them because Jack went home directly. Jennifer kept on harassing her but he ignored it. He left Jennifer outside his house and he didn't let her to go inside. After that he didn't know what happened to her because he already asleep.
Since then Mack was starting to ignore Jack. Jack didn't feel guilty of because he never did anything. They never saw each other for a long time. Then, what a coincidence they meet each other in a silent bar near at the coastal area. The both of them wanted to relax.
Mack didn't do anything to Jack but his looks to him is sharp. Jack thinks that the only way to remove Mack's doubt is to talk to him. Fortunately Mack agreed on it and they start having conversation. Jack explained it all with an evidence as well. Mack just listening whila Jack talking. Their conversation flows smoothly and then Mack decides to accept Jack again as a friend after hearing it all.
