Prompt A Day | Octopi

Today's word prompt: octopi

At least I think I got it right. It did make me stop and think of what to write about, as I love using a different prompt each day.

Is octopi the plural of octopus? I thought that was octopuses. At least I think that's what I learned in school. Anyway, as I was researching for information on what to write about, I came upon this very interesting video about octupuses (octopi).

I believe the video has very good information about octopuses (octopi). I did learn more new stuff upon watching it.

I enjoy eating seafood once in a while, mainly fish (I prefer fillet), shrimps, squid, etc., but certainly not octopi. I was somewhat surprised to have found a site that even featured 7 Best Recipes for Octopus. Say what? I checked out the site and the recipes indeed looked tasty. Still, I don't think I would like to try them. It is both amazing and appalling what people do and eat these days.
