Rate Mene's Customer Service for Mene Monday

Whether you are a customer or not, a past, present or future customer, I'd love to know how you would rate Mene's Customer Service!

Until I checked my calendar, I almost forgot that I placed a Mene order.

I had previously scheduled an unboxing of my latest Mene 24K Gold jewelry order for my Mene Monday article today.

However, I have not received my order because Mene has not shipped it yet (per my Mene dashboard Order History).

This concerned me, so of course I was online immediately with Mene's Customer Service.

In place of an unboxing article, I am sharing my conversation with Mene Customer Service representative!



I am curious as to how you would rate Mene Customer Service in handling this situation. Please use the rating scale 1 through 5: rating 1- poor, 2- fair, 3- good, 4- very good, 5- excellent.

I actually sent a solid 4 too! I bet the guy was glad when I ended the conversation sooner than later. I was going to be difficult, but only to the extent of letting them know what I think they should have done.
What he will do with the info from me will either help improve their ops or will be useless if he does not share my feedback with his supervisor.

Things could be generally out of control and with high volumes orders thst may not be shipped out as son as the are processed. The first order in can end up being the last order shipped in the Shipping Dept.
Noah may have went into the Shipping department and picked your order out of a mountain of orders and personally handed the package to the Courier service.
Guessing, Shipping Dept or Order Processing = 0, Noah Customer Service = 5
Be clear, and Tactful.

I love how the guy was cordial throughout the entire conversation. It was precisely for this reason that despite my being dissatisfied with the delay in receiving my order without prior notification, I gave Mene a rating of 4.

I am a repeat customer because of how their customer service handled my first complain. I continue to be a customer because of the satisfactory customer service I recieve. I am a stacker that is so attracted to gold coins. I forgo a purchase of a fractional gold coin to get Mene, but I do not have to. I do want to fill that tiny chest with gold coins, LOL.
