Caminaba en la noche oscura
sin rumbo definido
queriendo encontrar el norte
o quizá mi destino.
De pronto vi tu reflejo
en un pequeño lago
y supe de inmediato que todo sería distinto.
Quede paralizado por unos instantes
pero mi sentimiento ya no era el mismo
al verte reflejada en el agua
pude verme a mi mismo.
Tu luz marcó mi rumbo
y ya no me sentí perdido,
sabiendo que cada cuatro semanas
nos encontraríamos en el mismo sitio.
Miro al horizonte para verte salir
como aquella noche
cuando pude descubrir tu reflejo y el mio.
Tu brillo guía mis rumbo,
gracias a ti ya no soy el mismo

I walked in the dark night
aimlessly
wanting to find the north
or maybe my destiny.
Suddenly I saw your reflection
in a small lake
and I knew immediately that everything would be different.
I was paralysed for a few moments
but my feeling was no longer the same
Seeing you reflected in the water
I could see myself.
Your light marked my course
and I no longer felt lost,
knowing that every four weeks
we would meet in the same place.
I look to the horizon to see you leave
like that night
when I could discover your reflection and mine.
Your brightness guides my course,
thanks to you I am no longer the same
