Good afternoon dear friends of Hive, I wish you a happy beginning of the week... Today, I come to share with you the "step by step" to prepare a delicious "banana cake", ideal for breakfast or afternoon snack.

The banana, also known as plantain or cambur, is a fruit that has very nutritious properties, the most notable being its high potassium content, making it the ideal choice for those who practice physical activity.

The bananas that we are going to use for this recipe must be very ripe, we will know they are ready when we observe that their skin is soft and dark, this way our cake will have an exquisite humid texture and the flavor of our "star ingredient" will increase much more.

Let's put on our apron and start cooking with a lot of joy...
