Hello friends, I am going to share with you a story, based on real life, in the town of Punta de Mata, Edo. Monagas. Venezuela.

In 1979, my father was 18 years old, his name is Luis Torres, he started working in an oil company and three guards worked there from 7 to 3 p.m., from 3 to 11 p.m. and from 11 to 7 a.m. from Punta de Mata and the work area was in Pirital and Tacata, the boy who handled the transport was called Pedro Figueroa, at that time we collaborated with him, and he would pick us up at the door of the house and take us away. At that time, around here, a lot of circuses used to come, in those days a Mexican circus came, the Bell brothers, they brought three lions, a panther, an elephant, a mandrill, a horse, a donkey and a tiger, in a guard that I came from work from 3 to 11 p.m. at night, the boy from the transport, as he felt a little sick, left me in front of the police on that way I approached Carabobo street, which was where the circus was, when I came from the front from the south bank and I looked to the side of the street and I saw that two animals were coming, and I thought they were dogs, but when I saw the tail up, and immediately I saw that they were the lions of the circus, at that moment what I looked that was in front of me was an Acasia bush, I ran and got into the bush, at that moment the lion reached the leg of the bush, one of the lions continued to 5 de Julio Street and went into the house of a Mr. Perucho Córcega, where the man had a carpentry, at that moment a truck passes A member of the national guard that they were going to make the change of the cooks and I began to shout, and the guard stopped, and I got into the truck, I told the story to the guards because they asked me what I was doing there at that time And in that bush, from there we went in search of the lions and the guards killed him. And one of the lions I brought it to my house, I prepared it and took it as a lunch box for work. Then as the days went by, if that had happened to me, I became very popular, some journalists interviewed me and that information came out to the state newspaper, and my friends when they saw me laughed and jokingly told me Luis did not eat you to the lions.

46 years have passed since what happened to the lions, an unforgettable story for him and for many villagers.
I was not even born at that time, which now is part of my life, is my father, and he says that for those times people wore shorts with boots, he gave me a little laugh because I imagine him running scared riding on that tree even peed out of fright.
Between laughter and tears, seeing the reality of life, is that if he did not realize that those animals were lions, they would be eaten without mercy, because those animals are not fully trained.
The lions were going to eat him or whoever they met on the road. And the one who ended up eating one of the lions was my dad.
