¿Cuáles son tus objetivos en HIVE para finales de mes?
A finales del mes de abril espero haber realizado muchos Post, si es posible, uno por día, y también espero alcanzar un HIVE POWER superior a 100. También es muy importante para mi que a final de este mes entienda un poco mas de HIVE y de los recursos disponibles, es muuuucha información!
¿Cómo piensas alcanzarlos?
Para alcanzar mis objetivos, voy a organizarme y trabajar a diario en la creación de mis dibujos, así como también interactuar con las comunidades en las que estoy activa

What are your goals in HIVE by the end of the month?

How do you plan to achieve them?
To reach my goals, I will organize myself and work daily on the creation of my drawings, as well as interacting with the communities in which I am active.
Me anima mucho de esta iniciativa que nos motiva a aprender cosas nuevas de la plataforma, por ejemplo yo no sabía ni entendía porque no se podía publicar el mismo contenido en comunidades diferentes, ya esta semana aprendí que eso se llama cross-post y que puede ser motivo para que me agreguen a una lista negra😟
También me agrada mucho que en la plataforma se le de valor al contenido original de los post, así como también al esfuerzo que hacemos en cuidar los detalles.
En conclusión esta iniciativa esta resultando muy beneficiosa para nosotros los novatos! Gracias, Gracias, Gracias!!!
I am very motivated by this initiative that helps us learn new things about the platform, for example I did not know or understand why you could not publish the same content in different communities, and this week I learned that this is called cross-post and that can be a reason to be added to a blacklist😟 .

El crosspost no es una mala práctica, aunque hay que ver si las comunidades lo permiten en sus reglas.
A lo que yo me refiero es que no se debe publicar el mismo contenido dos veces o más. Esto cuando un usuario publica el mismo artículo, es decir hace un post nuevo, copiando y pegando el mismo texto e imágenes y lo comparten en varias comunidades. Esto es diferente a un crossposts, porque en este caso básicamente estarían cobrando dos veces o más por el mismo trabajo. Cuando haces un crossposts la segunda publicación por defecto no puede obtener recompensas.
No es muy común que esto pase, pero últimamente lo he visto mucho.

I am actually quite confused about crossposting. Because I saw a special option for crosspost and it automatically repost in another community with no reward option. Are you sure it can get you blacklisted. And also what are my options if I mistakenly post in wrong community. I think I can not edit this. @aliento @starstrings01 can you help with this quastions.
Hello @brutalisti. For crossposting, you cannot get blacklisted, maybe muted if the community doesn't accept it or you are crossposting to unrelated communities.
If you posted in the incorrect community it would depend on the case. You cannot edit the community but you could edit your post and adapt it to the community, that's what I would do. You can also put a note in your post and say that it was an error.
That second option is really nice work around. Even if you fully edit it you can end with two posts ☺️ Thank you!
