El teorema de Hawking es confirmado

Luego de 50 años un grupo de científicos del MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) junto con otros centros de investigación han confirmado el teorema propuesto por el gran científico británico Stephen Hawking.

Este descubrimiento podría otorgarle el nobel a esta brillante mente, el teorema que propuso Hawking indica que “nunca debería disminuir el área más allá del horizonte de suceso de un agujero negro”, esta proposición tiene similitud con la segunda ley de la termodinámica, que indica que “el grado de desorden del universo tampoco debería disminuir”.

El científico Maximiliano Isi, de nacionalidad uruguaya, fue el líder del grupo de científico que confirmaron dicha teoría gracias al estudio de la onda gravitacional GW150914, que fue captada en el 2015 por el observatorio LIGO, situado en Estados Unidos.
