Okay now for the next card I am going to give away I will ask you a question. You have to answer the question or you won't be in the draw. I don't care what you say but it has to be an answer just to make sure I don't get bots in here. So here is the question.
Do you listen to the AMA? If so tell me how many new users might see Splinterlands on a new deal that was teased if you don't read the other answers and see why we all should be ready for new players.
Any other comments won't count and this will only be up on hive.
I catch the AMA on youtube as the times vary a lot. If you want to watch it check it out here. I won't say how many eyes are going to see the game but it was big news. If just a few join we are going to get a lot more players.

Its exciting to hear about this new deal and hopefully an influx of new players will continue to take Splinterlands to the next level.
Honestly, i missed the last AMA, but i don't think we will attract that much players, but if it so happens that we get flooded with new players, the market will for sure be very very different. DEC will go waaaaay up. cards will be more valuable as more people will try to buy them. it will be good for the whales but bad for the new comers.
Everything that Splinterlands tell us is actually happening in the other way round. I can tell for myself that since I play all day long just to get into Bronze leaderboards rewards, I see very few human players. That is, and not Splinterlands words, showing to me that human players are rare in this Collection Power active. But bot players are all over the Bronze Leagues. If bots were the aim, than Splinterlands is making success. The future is not good for humans.
I don't think there will be an influx of new players. The current system will only benefit the whales and not for the newcomers. Well, let's see what will happen in the future updates.
