SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge! -- Earth Elemental

...i almost miss this week's challenge....
....i said almost...
....actually i wouldn't have missed Earth Elemental for nothing!!..
....roots are always important...have faith in roots...so have faith in trees!!!!

...first of all...let me say this guys....i always wanted to share this with the community but i couldn't find the right time to express it....now is the time....
...don't you think its hearcut rocks!!!
...i fell in love with the EE's (Earth Elemental) hearcut from day one!!!...so damn stylish and it looks 80's to me!!!
..ok ok...enough with the nonsense let us get to the juicy part....
...the battle...
...Earth Elemental belongs to the Earth Splinter as everybody knows...a range attack monster with a healing ability when you level it up....
..i play with a lvl 1 deck so for me healing is not possible but even so this monster has its place in certain terrains...
...before i provide you the link of my battle just have a look on the following card to refresh this monster's stats in case you forgot them...

...i am sure the battle was not what you were waiting for....
...indeed...
...i didn't use Earth Splinter,the monster's native splinter....on the contrary i used the Dragons and as all of you MUST know when you get a dragon summoner to build your fighting team you can choose any splinter you like as long as the specific game rules allows it...

...after checking on my opponent's last battles plus following the game rules which at this battle were ARMORED UP:all monsters have 2 armor in addition to their normal armor stat , and KEEP YOUR DISTANCE:monsters with melee attack may not be used in battles...
...i was ready to compose my deck....
...keep in my mind that it was a 26 mana cap battle and the available splinters were EARTH, LIFE and DRAGONS...
....as i told you above i chose to play with the DRAGONS...
....now you may think yourself....why the DRAGONS and not the EARTH???....why the DRAGONS and not the LIFE....
...i really don't have an answer to this question...most probably if you give the same set of rules for a second time i will choose another splinter ,i don't know...
...perhaps the quest of the day which was ''win 5 battles with the dragon splinter'' affected my decision but at that point i felt like the dragons would have been the best choice....

...so here i am with my dragon summoner ready to fight...
....i picked my lvl1 SELENIA SKY...
....a 3 mana cost summoner with the ability to give an extra point on the attack power of range attack monsters perfect for this occasion..
....i got left with 23 mana units to choose my monsters...
...by the way i'm an ALPHA EDITION lover so most of my main deck is ALPHA EDITION...
...i believe you cannot compare ALPHA EDITION with other versions...

...choosing a dragon summoner granted me the priviledge to choose any splinter of the given ones and my choice was the EARTH SPLINTER...
...23 mana units is not too much mana so i had to pick carefully my soldiers...don't forget that the rules didn't allow any melee attack monsters to be used so most of my tanks were not a choice to use in first line....
...i needed a tank.....i needed a tank....
....what i did was i picked my lengedary lvl 1 KRON THE UNDYING... yes, a powerful tank with the healing ability from lvl 1 was the best choice for me though it consumed 10 whole points of my mana!!!
....being left with 13 points of mana EE-Earth Elemental was a monster i was obliged to summon...a 3 mana units cost monster...perfect....plus it is a range attack monster and my summoner is SELENIA which gives EE an extra attack point...it is a perfect choice...
...my deck was built like following...

• Kron The Undying lvl 1
• Furious Chicken lvl 2
• Earth Elemental lvl 1
• Goblin Chef lvl 1
• Lightning Dragon lvl 1

...FURIOUS CHICKEN in second place gives the necessary support to the team by absorbing any attack from an enemy Sniper...most of the times is vital to be used in battles...
...having in mind my low mana units, EE and GOBLIN CHEF were a lucrative combination in my eyes ....my 'flagship' , my ALPHA EDITION LIGHTNING DRAGON at the end of the queue complete the team and i was ready to fight...

...as you can see on the link provided the outcome was victorious for me!!!
...what were my casualties??...totally zero!!!...i didn't loose any of my monsters!!!....success,a perfect combination i think!!!
...my reward , 16 DEC added in my balance and i was ready for my next opponent...
...i hope you liked it and learned something out of this...
