Two Stones From Leela
Have a nice game!
White played kakaris at O17 and C6. Then black played at F16 and an exchange took place in the corner. The obvious thing for black to do now is to split the upper side. Black's group is not too strong, which is why black needs to be careful to avoid being attached himself.
I wasn't fully expecting anything like this. But a running fight like this is what you'd expect. I did expect white to peep at G14 at some point.
I am fairly confident in this ko fight because I have threats against white's group on the right.
Now, it's a ko for black's life.
Black lives by crushing the white stones. If white takes the ko, black ataris at R15 and white cannot connect.
But now white gets to moves in a row.
White's frameworks and blacks weak group in the corner are a problem despite white having some exploitable weaknesses in the upper part of the board.
Black cuts and white scrambles to defend.
White tries to make two eyes while black moves in for the kill.
Note that white has only one eye on the upper edge. There is no eye at O14. The captured black stone makes for a false eye, too. If white connects at R19, black plays at N19. Capturing that stone would create yet another false eye.
Now black only has to make sure he dies not die big anywhere else. Connecting the lower left corner is the best move now.
As you can see, white has only one real eye on the upper edge at Q19.
Black wins because the upper white group dies.
