Utah Not Concerned COVID-19 🤔

I am not sure what Utah is trying to do or what kind of message they are sending.
But this highway sign is like... 😧 dissapointing.
Go get out, spread the virus and drive fast.
No need to worry about coronavirus... maybe.

And Utah is one of the 9 states🤯 that is refusing to issue "Stay at Home" order.
Other stats, Arkansas, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
If these people move freely and cross state borders, they should to be quarantined for a month so they can only spread the virus to themselves. ¯\(ツ)/¯
