부동산 시세도 들여다 볼까? - 경기도 김포시 사우역 인근 아파트들
풍무동에 이어 이번에는 사우역으로 가보자. 사우역 주변 아파드들은 대체로 평당 900 ~ 1100만원 사이의 고른 분포를 보이고 있다. 고촌읍에 비하면 저렴하고, 일산서구와 비교하자면 탄현동보다는 비싸고 주엽/대화/일산3동보다는 낮다. 아무래도 서울과 더 가깝고 덜 가깝고의 차이는 있는 것으로 보인다. 다만, 2018년에 준공된 김포사우아이파크 아파트는 평당 1800만원을 넘어간다. 브랜드 가치와 최근에 지어졌다는 점이 반영된 것으로 보인다.
서쪽으로 계속 둘러보면 어느새 한강신도시의 시세도 보게 될 것이다. 그 곳의 평당가가 궁금하다. 다른 김포 아파트들에 비해 얼마나 비쌀지...
