A veces, las nubes forman siluetas extrañas. Hay personas que hallan algún parecido con otros objetos y yo soy uno de ellos.

Sometimes, clouds form strange silhouettes. There are people who find some similarity with other objects and I am one of them.

En esta ocasión, estaba en el techo de mi casa para tomarles fotos a los aviones que estaban desfilando por el cielo, debido a que hoy, 5 de julio, se celebra el día de la Declaración de Independencia de mi país Venezuela.

On this occasion, I was on the roof of my house to take pictures of the airplanes that were parading through the sky, because today, July 5, is the day of the Declaration of Independence of my country Venezuela.

Justo cuando me subí al techo, los aviones ya no aparecieron en la escena. Sin embargo, el atardecer comenzaba a pintar de colores los alrededores de mi casa.

Just when I got on the roof, the planes were no longer in the scene. However, the sunset was beginning to paint the surroundings of my house with colors.

En ese instante, me di cuenta que las nubes empezaban a emerger en forma de hongo. Luego las vi bien y la asociación que di fue la de la estela de una explosión. Sí, lucía como el torbellino que se forma tras una fuerte detonación en la tierra.

At that moment, I realized that the clouds were beginning to emerge in the shape of a mushroom. Then I watched the clouds closely and the association I made was of an explosion's wake. Yes, it looked like the whirlwind that forms after a strong detonation on the earth.

Fíjense que los colores denotan profundidad de esas nubes que sobre salen y se diferencian de las otras, así que luce más como un explosión de nubes.

Notice that the colors denote depth of those clouds overhanging and differentiating from the others, so it looks more like a cloud explosion.

No hay tonos artificiales en esta edición. Lo único que he hecho es acentuar la intensidad y luminancia de los colores para dejar ver el escenario que yo vi.

There are no artificial tones in this edit. The only thing I've done is to accentuate the intensity and luminance of the colors to let you see the scenery that I saw.

Soy un fanático de las nubes y los horizontes. Siempre ando cazando atardeceres y colores que muestren lo magnífico que es el cielo para quienes lo observamos con los pies en la tierra.

I am a fan of clouds and horizons. I am always hunting for sunsets and colors that show how magnificent the sky is for those of us who observe it with our feet on the ground.
