Today, I’m beyond excited to share with you my latest fan art, dedicated to one of the charming characters from the amazing @holozing community: the Female Ocean Healer.
¡Bienvenidas y bienvenidos nuevamente a mi blog, amantes del arte! Soy Lorentm, una artista digital apasionada que disfruta dar vida a personajes de fantasía a través de colores vibrantes y una estética inspirada en el anime. Hoy estoy más que emocionada de compartir con ustedes mi último fan art, dedicado a uno de los personajes más encantadores de la increíble comunidad de @holozing: la Female Ocean Healer.
For this piece, I decided to reimagine her in a new artistic universe—an anime-styled, cosmic interpretation that is part of my newest collection inspired by @acidyo’s initiative to create themed collections. This third entry in my “Stellar Healers” series explores what the Ocean Healer might look like if she were floating among stars and nebulas rather than healing by the sea. I felt an intense sense of wonder while drawing her—like I was exploring a new galaxy through my pen.
Para esta obra, decidí reimaginarla en un nuevo universo artístico: una interpretación cósmica al estilo anime que forma parte de mi nueva colección, inspirada en la iniciativa de @acidyo de crear colecciones temáticas. Esta es la tercera entrada de mi serie “Sanadores Estelares”, donde exploro cómo se verían los sanadores si en lugar de sanar en la tierra, lo hicieran entre estrellas y nebulosas. Sentí una intensa sensación de asombro mientras la dibujaba, como si estuviera explorando una nueva galaxia a través de mi lápiz digital.
The Female Ocean Healer, in this version, has been transformed into a cosmic priestess—one who channels the healing powers of the ocean, but within a starlit realm. Her blue hair glows with shades of turquoise and lilac, flowing like space currents. She wears a long robe with soft gradients of blue, reminiscent of water and sky, adorned with shell-shaped brooches that symbolize her marine origins.
La Female Ocean Healer, en esta versión, ha sido transformada en una sacerdotisa cósmica, capaz de canalizar los poderes curativos del océano en un reino estelar. Su cabello azul brilla con tonalidades turquesa y lila, fluyendo como corrientes espaciales. Lleva una túnica larga con suaves degradados azules que evocan el agua y el cielo, adornada con broches en forma de conchas que simbolizan sus orígenes marinos.
She wears a glowing belt, also decorated with a shell motif, which anchors her ethereal presence. Her most striking accessory is the celestial crown of stars on her head—a blend of luminous blue stars and glowing pearls that reflect her connection with the cosmos. Her eyes are big and expressive, shimmering with light, capturing both kindness and strength. Around her, jellyfish-like lights float, giving the scene a magical aura.
Luce un cinturón resplandeciente, también decorado con una concha, que ancla su presencia etérea. El accesorio más llamativo es su corona celestial de estrellas: una mezcla de astros azul luminoso y perlas brillantes que reflejan su conexión con el cosmos. Sus ojos, grandes y expresivos, brillan con luz propia y transmiten tanto bondad como fortaleza. A su alrededor flotan luces con forma de medusas, lo que aporta un aura mágica a la escena.
Process / Proceso
The journey began with a sketch where I captured her pose, expression, and the flow of her hair and clothes. At this stage, I focused on visual balance and how to convey motion—especially her hand reaching forward, as if summoning healing energy from the stars.
El viaje comenzó con un boceto donde capturé su pose, su expresión y el movimiento de su cabello y su ropa. En esta etapa me concentré en el equilibrio visual y en cómo transmitir dinamismo, especialmente con su mano extendida hacia adelante, como si estuviera invocando energía curativa desde las estrellas.
Next came the lineart. I carefully outlined every detail of her costume, her facial features, and the glow elements, ensuring that each line flowed naturally and gave clarity to the silhouette. Clean lines were essential to maintaining the anime aesthetic and guiding the upcoming stages.
Luego vino el delineado. Trazo con cuidado cada detalle de su vestimenta, sus rasgos faciales y los elementos brillantes, asegurándome de que cada línea fluyera de manera natural y aportara claridad a la silueta. Las líneas limpias eran esenciales para conservar la estética anime y guiar las siguientes etapas.
When I started coloring, I chose a palette dominated by cool blues and violets, interspersed with soft gradients. The goal was to reflect both the serenity of the ocean and the mystery of space. Her hair and outfit became the perfect canvas to explore color harmony.
Al pasar al coloreado, seleccioné una paleta dominada por tonos fríos: azules y violetas, combinados con degradados suaves. El objetivo era reflejar tanto la serenidad del océano como el misterio del espacio. Su cabello y vestimenta fueron el lienzo perfecto para explorar la armonía de color.
Then I moved on to shading. I applied shadows with a soft yet directional light source to give depth to the figure, making sure to emphasize the folds in the fabric and the curves of her form. This brought her more life and presence.
Después trabajé las sombras. Apliqué sombras con una fuente de luz suave pero direccional para darle profundidad a la figura, asegurándome de resaltar los pliegues de la tela y las curvas de su cuerpo. Esto le dio más vida y presencia al personaje.
The highlight phase was pure joy. I added sparkles, gleams in her hair, and glowing effects on her accessories and hand. The glowing crown and the jellyfish lights became focal points that lifted the composition to a magical dimension.
La etapa de los brillos fue pura alegría. Añadí destellos, brillos en su cabello y efectos luminosos en sus accesorios y en la mano. La corona brillante y las luces de medusas se convirtieron en puntos focales que elevaron la composición a una dimensión mágica.
Finally, the background. I painted a deep, star-filled space with planetary rings and floating jellyfish creatures. The misty trails enhanced the sensation of movement and gave context to her cosmic aura. It was like watching her heal the universe.
Finalmente, el fondo. Pinté un espacio profundo lleno de estrellas, con anillos planetarios y criaturas flotantes parecidas a medusas. Las estelas brumosas acentuaron la sensación de movimiento y dieron contexto a su aura cósmica. Fue como verla sanar el universo.

Creating this piece was a deeply inspiring experience. Every stroke reminded me of how limitless imagination can be when we blend themes like magic, healing, and the cosmos. I felt immersed in a tranquil and starry ocean throughout the process, and I hope that energy reaches everyone who sees this artwork.
Crear esta pieza fue una experiencia profundamente inspiradora. Cada trazo me recordaba lo ilimitada que puede ser la imaginación cuando fusionamos temas como la magia, la sanación y el cosmos. Me sentí inmersa en un océano estrellado y tranquilo durante todo el proceso, y espero que esa energía llegue a cada persona que vea esta ilustración.

The tools I used for the drawing were the following:
- Android tablet.
- Capacitive pen (Stylus).
- Ibis Paint X program.
- Brushes: Pencil, Airbrush, Fuzzy, Marker.
