Por mi parte, estoy contenta de pasar por acá a compartir una linda idea con ustedes: el paso a paso para elaborar una decoración para fiestas. Quise compartirles esta idea que pueden utilizar tanto para centros de mesa (ajustando las medidas) como para topper de pastel, cupcakes o lo que deseen para sus fiestas infantiles.

Para la decoración, quise elaborar la inicial como pieza central, acompañada de una pequeña muñequita y, como toque extra, unas lindas margaritas.

Good afternoon, friends! I hope you're having a wonderful week. I'm happy to stop by and share a lovely idea with you: a step-by-step tutorial for making party decorations. I wanted to share this idea, which you can use for centerpieces (adjusting the measurements) as a cake topper, cupcake topper, or anything else you'd like for your children's parties.

For the decoration, I decided to make the initial as the centerpiece, accompanied by a small doll and, as an extra touch, some pretty daisies.

🌟 PROCEDIMIENTO | 🌟 PROCESS

✨PASO 1:

Lo primero, como siempre, es dibujar el diseño que tenemos en mente en una hoja blanca, para luego dibujar todo a los tamaños que vamos a querer originalmente la decoración. En este caso quise dibujar algo muy simple, y como dije al inicio, pensé en una inicial, con una niña protagonista y algunas margaritas extras. Así que, al tener lista la idea, es momento de transferir a los colores correspondientes de foami, como explico a continuación:

✨Inicial: 7.5 cm x 6 cm en foami rosa.
✨Fondo: 8.5 cm x 6.5 cm en foami verde.
✨Cabello: 4.5 cm x 4 cm en foami marrón.
✨Cabeza: 3.2 cm x 4.5 cm en foami crema.
✨Pétalos: 4 cm en foami escarchado blanco.
✨Centro de flor: 1 cm de circunferencia.

✨STEP 1:

The first step, as always, is to draw the design you have in mind on a white sheet of paper, and then draw everything at the sizes you originally want for the decoration. In this case, I wanted to draw something very simple, and as I mentioned at the beginning, I thought of an initial, with a little girl as the main character and some extra daisies. So, once I had the idea ready, it was time to transfer it to the corresponding colors of foam, as I explain below:

✨Initial: 7.5 cm x 6 cm in pink foam.
✨Background: 8.5 cm x 6.5 cm in green foam.
✨Hair: 4.5 cm x 4 cm in brown foam.
✨Head: 3.2 cm x 4.5 cm in cream foam.
✨Petals: 4 cm in white glitter foam.
✨Flower center: 1 cm in diameter.

✨PASO 2:

Al estar todas las piezas recortadas, es momento de dar color a los bordes con marcadores que hagan contraste; en mi caso, siempre intento utilizar pinturas más oscuras que el color de la pieza y difumino luego con un pañito suavemente. Esto lo hice con todas las piezas de foami liso; a las piezas escarchadas de las flores, no.

✨STEP 2:

Once all the pieces were cut out, it was time to color the edges with contrasting markers; in my case, I always try to use paints darker than the color of the piece and then blend them gently with a soft cloth. I did this with all the plain foam pieces. Not the frosted flower pieces.

✨PASO 3:

Ahora viene una de mis partes favoritas, que es hacer los detalles extras o detalles para definir mucho mejor con marcadores, como serían los ojos, nariz, boca, cejas y definir el cabello con un color más oscuro. Además, para la inicial rosa, pensé en tomar pintura blanca, un palillo y hacer un tipo de diseño de puntos que hagan parecer unas pequeñas flores, por toda la inicial.

✨STEP 3:

Now comes one of my favorite parts, which is adding extra details or defining features with markers, such as the eyes, nose, mouth, eyebrows, and defining the hair with a darker color. Also, for the pink initial, I thought I'd use white paint and a toothpick to create a dot design that looks like tiny flowers all over the initial.

✨PASO 4:

Al estar secas las piezas, es momento de comenzar a pegar, hasta formar las figuras. En este caso pegué la cabeza de la niña al cabello, los centros de las flores en el centro de los pétalos; la inicial la pegué encima del fondo en foami verde, dejando visible un poco de borde, para luego pegar a la niña en una de las esquinas de la inicial y una de las margaritas en la parte baja de la misma.

✨STEP 4:

Once the pieces are dry, it's time to start gluing them together to form the figures. In this case, I glued the girl's head to the hair, the flower centers to the center of the petals; I glued the initial on top of the green foam background, leaving a bit of the edge visible, and then glued the girl to one of the corners of the initial and one of the daisies to the bottom.

✨PASO 5:

Ahora vamos con la base; en mi caso quise utilizar un foami fucsia, así que recorté una pieza de 10 cm de circunferencia, a la cual también le di color a los bordes con pintura negra y difuminé. Pinté con pintura blanca puntos para formar pequeñas flores como hice con la inicial y dejé secar.

✨STEP 5:

Now let's move on to the base; In my case, I wanted to use fuchsia foam, so I cut out a 10 cm diameter piece. I also colored the edges with black paint and blended it in. I painted dots with white paint to form small flowers, just like I did with the initial, and let it dry.

✨PASO 6:

Al estar seco, pegué la inicial a un palillo de altura, al cual le pegué en la otra punta una tira de 5 cm en foami verde y la cual pegué en medio de la base al estar totalmente seca.

✨STEP 6:

Once dry, I glued the initial to a tall stick. To the other end of the stick, I glued a 5 cm strip of green foam, which I then glued to the center of the base once it was completely dry.

✨Así es como pueden elaborar este o cualquier otro centro de mesa, para pastel de cumpleaños o en general y, como dice en el título, como decoración para una fiesta, obviamente tomando en cuenta las medidas que desean utilizar ustedes.
