Stone painting : a little creativity
Hello friends !
last time I share my about my mango stone painting and I said that I’ll make some more to decorate our entrance pot . My son like diy and paintings so we together do these activities.
These activities are simple but makes everything so beautiful . Tiny stones looks wonderful with some colours and art .
This time we paint 3 stone . Stones are medium in size and one is completely flat . Again I use limited material like acrylic colors and 4-5 types brushes . This time I also use color pans and acrylic varnish .
First I did base coat . I use white color for 2 stones and red for other . When my son was at school I did this and when he came the coat was dry and stone was ready for its makeover 😛.
I searched for many designs and my son select 3 : strawberry , rainbow and sunflower . First he choose to make strawberry .
So I draw with pencil so he can easily paint it . I instructed him and he paint .
Next he start to paint rainbow . Again I draw with pencil and with my instruction he did it .
He always love to paint rainbow and he was so excited.
The rainbow is also ready and I just did some finishing .
Now it’s time to make sunflower but this time he was tired and we both together paint this . He made it simple as he was tired .
Once it was dry I apply acrylic varnish to make this paint long lasting . I ordered it from online and don’t know is it really work . But I apply and let’s see the result after long time .
It is really fun to do art activities with kids . As he become creative , free from screen time , we spent some time together and also gets some beautiful art to decorate our home and garden .
These are simple and effective activities and we feel so good after doing it .
I’ll share the final look of pots with these cute art later . Till take care of yourself and enjoy with your loved ones .
