Drawing Petete and his book Gordo.

Good evening friends of this community.

Today drawing the book Gordo de Petete. Outlining the sketch in charcoal and trying to have
harmony so that it will be as similar as possible.

Placing colors from the lightest to darken the parts that correspond in the sketch, With a cotton I was blurring to give uniformity to the silhouette.

Petete is a penguin that represents a comic strip, which was very successful and its creator was Manuel Garcia Ferré of Spanish origin but he was eradicated in Argentina.

By 1970, this little penguin from the comics in Latin America had a lot of fame. The animated doll showed brief information on television of a lot of educational instruction reflected in encyclopedias.
