Muscular Blacks. (Figure Drawing).
Happy Sunday Guys,
I came with my drawings today with some muscles and blacks. I came across my reference picture online and I just immediately fell in love with the postures of the figures and their facial expression combined with the values on their bold bodies.
The contrast in the picture was or is quite much too hut due to the fact that the figures are actually black and I really do need to portray their values just like that but then, mere looking at the drawing one can still tell of the intensity of the contrast my the spotlights and highlights on the bodies of the figures. The cross - hatching shading technique actually gave my shading and depth so much meaning in this drawing. What do you like about this drawing?
