Greetings my dear reader friends, today again I return to my desire to learn how to use Adobe after effects and Illustrator so I tried to create something simple and beautiful, a pierced X that levitates by some strange alien power, or at least that's what I imagined.

Saludos mis queridos amigos lectores, el día de hoy nuevamente retorno a mi deseo de aprender a utilizar Adobe after effetcs e Illustrator así que intente crear algo simple y bonito, una X agujereada que levita por algún extraño poder alienígena, o por lo menos eso fue lo que imagine.

The design of this X does not require much complication because it is a figure with images made by means of rectangles and circles placed in such a way that they give the impression of depth and then I joined by means of the pen tool the lateral spaces creating the general piece.

El diseño de esta X no requiere mayor complicación debido a que es una figura con imágenes realizadas mediantes rectángulos y círculos colocados de tal manera que den la impresión de profundidad y luego uní mediante la herramienta de pluma los espacios laterales creando la pieza general.

As I saw that the X was a little simple and when I added animation it wouldn't look so impressive I added a circle which with some effects and filters I turned into a sphere. With the finished piece in Illustrator I exported it to AE and then I edited some position frames to the X and the sphere although I offset the sphere to give that sensation of magnetic power. Finally I added to the shadow a small change of proportion according to the rise and fall of the X and that's it!

Como vi que la X quedo un poco simple y cuando le agregara animación no se vería tan impactante le agregue una circulo el cual con algunos efectos y filtros volví esfera. Con la pieza terminada en el Illustrator la exporte a AE y luego le edite alguno frame de posición a la X y a la esfera aunque desfase a la esfera para que diera esa sensación como de poder magnético. Por ultimo agregue a la sombra un pequeño cambio de proporción según la subida y la bajada de la X y listo!

I just had to export the files and transform it into an infinite Gif with PhotoShop. I leave you a little step by step with the images of the evolution of this X that levitates.
