Cross Hatching Art Technique; Sam Rockwell

Hello!
Glad to present my just recent creation with the green ball pen. The technique i use here is the cross hatching technique, a technique i am yet to really master though i am still giving it my best.

I decided to try out something with the picture of Sam Rockwell, an American actor. His movies are just lovely.
