Damselfly (Coenagrionidae)

Hello Everyone..

This morning I went to a former rice field which is now overgrown with weeds. I purposely went there to find an insect photo object. When I got there, I did not find any insect species, but only a few small moths that were very wild and very difficult to photograph. Then, I stopped for a moment and crouched down. With the hope that one of the insect species will come to me. Not long after, I saw a needle dragonfly flying, of course I was going to chase it. After he was perched, and comfortable with his position, I slowly brought my camera closer to the dragonfly.

And the dragonflies I mean are Damselflies (Coenagrionidae), insects from the suborder Zygoptera in the order Odonata. They are similar to dragonflies, which are another odonatan suborder, Anisoptera, but smaller and more slender in stature. Most species fold their wings along the body at rest, unlike the dragonfly, which holds the wings flat and away from the body. Below, I have uploaded the photo, I hope you are interested and like it.

dragonflies are beautiful and restless, I love their big and round pair of eyes they also love the camera besides being very photogenic, maybe you could distribute the text between the images to have a more orderly publication. keep up the good work and thanks for posting to this community.
