The Male Red Grasshawk (Neurothemis Fluctuans)

This is what I found today, The male Red Grasshawk or also known as a common parasol. In entomology, it is called Neurothemis fluctuans, which is a species of dragonfly belonging to the family Libellulidae.

When I was a kid, we called it the red helicopter dragonfly. After playing football on the village soccer field, we caught it and tied its tail with sewing thread. It can still fly but can't get away because its tail is tied with sewing thread. Yup, it was a silly act that we did, at that time we didn't realize we had hurt the animal.

This photo was taken by me in a local forest not so far from a residential area. Thanks my friend, for wanting to pose sweetly in frames. 😁😁😁

Hello @akukamaruzzaman, the images look really good. It would have been nice if you talked a little more in depth about the dragonfly, its habitat, mating, etc.
