Hola a tod@s, espero se encuentren muy bien, es un privilegio para mí poder seguir aquí con ustedes y compartir hermosas ideas y creaciones, el día de hoy les quiero mostrar unas hermosas pulseras hechas con material reciclables, botellas de plástico que podemos conseguir en cualquier lugar y que muchos de nosotros hemos desechados alguna vez, leeme y verás el resultado de estas íncreibles pulseras. A continuación los pasos a seguir.

Hello everyone, I hope you are very well, it is a privilege for me to be able to continue here with you and share beautiful ideas and creations, today I want to show you some beautiful bracelets made with recyclable materials, plastic bottles that we can get anywhere and that many of us have ever discarded, read me and you will see the result of these incredible bracelets. Here are the steps to follow.

Los materiales a utilizar son:
1 Botella de plástico bien sea grande o pequeña.
Tijera.
Foami de colores.
Cuter.
Plancha.

The materials to be used are:

Scissors.

Colored Foami.

Cutter.

Iron.

Paso 1: Lo primero que debemos hacer es cortar con el cuter la botella de plástico, lo puede hacer con las medidas de 4cm de ancho o 2 cm de ancho, todo como usted prefiera el ancho de la pulsera, luego que cortamos, procedemos a emparejar con la tijera y a quitar los pedazos sobrantes, nos tiene que quedar bien parejo todo.

Step 1: The first thing to do is to cut with the cutter the plastic bottle, you can do it with the measures of 4cm wide or 2 cm wide, everything as you prefer the width of the bracelet, after we cut, we proceed to match with the scissors and remove the excess pieces, we have to be well even all.

Paso 2: Con la plancha caliente debemos colocar el pedazo de plástico e ir dandole vuelta poco a poco para que los bordes vayan quedando hacía adentro, esto lo debemos hacer con mucho cuidado. Nos debe de quedar tal cual como muestra la imágen.

Paso 3: Luego que ya tenemos la pulsera, procedemos a colocarla sobre el foami para recortar a la medida de la misma, hasta sacar una tira de foami, en mi caso yo saque pulseras de varias medidas de ancho, una gruesa de 3cm y las demás de 2cm, cabe destacar que a medida que usted va dandole vuelta en la plancha ella va reduciendo su anchura.

Step 3: After we already have the bracelet, we proceed to place it on the foami to cut to the measure of the same, to get a strip of foami, in my case I took out bracelets of various measures of width, a thick 3cm and the other 2cm, it should be noted that as you go around in the iron she is reducing its width.

Paso 4: Hacemos el mismo procedimiento de medir y recortar el foami con cada una de las pulseras que sacamos, una vez recortado el foami procedemos a introducirlo por dentro de la pulsera ajustándolo poco a poco, si lo desea lo puede pegar por las orillas con silicón, o lo puede dejar sin pegar, en mi caso lo deje sin pegar ya que con el borde que queda hacía adentro ellas quedan bien sujetas.

Step 4: We do the same procedure to measure and cut the foami with each of the bracelets that we took out, once cut the foami proceed to introduce it inside the bracelet by adjusting it little by little, if you want you can paste the edges with silicone, or you can leave it unglued, in my case I left it unglued because with the edge that is inside they are well attached.
