CAJITA DE REGALO HECHA EN CASA [ESP/ENG] HOMEMADE GIFT BOX

El día de hoy quiero compartir con ustedes el proceso, paso a paso de como hice esta linda cajita que puede ser usada para un regalito o bien, para guardar lo que mejor te parezca.
Les cuento que desde enero he estado trabajando en un proyecto que me tiene muy feliz y es el de una tienda online de productos de belleza. Todo ha ido excelente, gracias a Dios. Realicé un concurso en mi página de Instagram @tiendakaylu con la finalidad de obtener más seguidores, por tanto, necesitaba algo bonito para entregar el premio, es por eso que se me ocurrió la gran idea de hacer en casa esta cajita.

Today I want to share with you the process, step by step of how I made this cute little box that can be used for a gift or to store whatever you want.
I tell you that since January I have been working on a project that makes me very happy and it is an online store of beauty products. Everything has been going great, thank God. I held a contest on my Instagram page @tiendakaylu in order to get more followers, therefore, I needed something nice to give the prize, that's why I came up with the great idea of making this little box at home.
I show you the process.

- Papel de regalo
- Marcador

- Wrapping paper

Todo el proceso es realmente sencillo. A mí me encanta hacer este tipo de cosas porque es una forma de distraernos y dedicar toda nuestra energía en una sola cosa. Es una buena manera de drenar el estrés que podamos tener por nuestra rutina diaria.
Lo primero que vamos a hacer es, con un marcador, dibujar el patrón de nuestra cajita en el cartón, te recomiendo que tenga una regla a la mano para medir y que todo te quede en su lugar. Recuerda dejar unas pestañas con las que puedas pegar la caja.
The whole process is really simple. I love to do this kind of things because it is a way to distract ourselves and dedicate all our energy in one thing. It's a good way to drain the stress we may have from our daily routine.
The first thing we are going to do is, with a marker, draw the pattern of our little box on the cardboard, I recommend that you have a ruler handy to measure and that everything is in place. Remember to leave some tabs with which you can glue the box.
Con las tijeras recortamos la forma de la caja. Hagamos todo con paciencia, tratando de que salga de la mejor manera.
With scissors cut out the shape of the box. Let's do everything with patience, trying to make it come out in the best way.
Como yo no quería que me cajita tuviera todos los bordes del mismo alto sino que tuviera una caída, recorte un poco más de un lado. Lo muestro en la siguiente foto.
Since I didn't want all the edges of the box to be the same height, but to have a fall, I cut a little more on one side. I show it in the following photo.
Teniendo listo el patrón, lo que haremos será guiarnos con él para hacerlo en el papel de regalo y así poder forrar la cajita.
Having the pattern ready, what we will do is to use it as a guide to make it on the wrapping paper and thus be able to line the box.
Por supuesto vamos a cortar dos patrones para forrar la caja de los dos lados.
Of course we will cut two patterns to line the box on both sides.
Solo nos queda pegar muy bien la caja. Olvidé tomar fotos del fondo, pero solo es cortar un cuadrado del mismo tamaño y también forrarlo con el papel de regalo por ambos lados.
All that's left is to glue the box very well. I forgot to take pictures of the bottom, but just cut a square of the same size and line it with the wrapping paper on both sides.

Como ya les comenté, la cajita era para el premio de un concurso que realicé en mi tienda virtual, es por eso que dice “@tiendakaylu”.
As I already told you, the box was for the prize of a contest I did in my online store, that's why it says "@tiendakaylu".
Les cuento que hubo un segundo regalito. Un detalle pequeño. De este olvidé tomar fotos durante el proceso pero les muestro también el resultado.
