Empezó la cuenta regresiva para navidad, este año ha sido diferente a muchos sin embargo; no es motivo suficiente para no agradecer y disfrutar en familia de esta festividad, quiero compartir con ustedes otra de mis creaciones hecha pensando en los pequeños del hogar, quienes esperan ansiosos que llegue la navidad. Realicé un calendario de adviento que refleja la cuenta regresiva de los días hasta llegar la navidad, como siempre es una manualidad simple, colorida y que requiere de pocos materiales.

The countdown to Christmas has begun, this year has been different from many, however; it is not enough reason not to thank and enjoy this holiday as a family, I want to share with you another of my creations made thinking of the little ones at home, who are looking forward to Christmas. I made an advent calendar that reflects the countdown of the days until Christmas arrives, as always it is a simple and colorful craft that requires few materials.

Calendario de adviento. || advent calendar.

Un calendario de adviento, es un símbolo de la temporada de adviento es decir; del tiempo de preparación para celebrar la navidad que normalmente empieza 4 semanaS antes de esta festividad. Entonces; es un calendario de cuenta regresiva desde el 1 de diciembre hasta el 24, se hace para saber cuánto falta para navidad.

An Advent calendar is a symbol of the Advent season, that is, the time of preparation to celebrate Christmas, which normally begins 4 weeks before the holiday. Therefore, it is a countdown calendar from December 1st to December 24th, in order to know how much time is left until Christmas.

Materiales. || Materials.

Círculo de cartón de 15cm, rectángulo de 18cm x 7cm, rectángulo de 10cm x 7cm, cartón para crear la nariz, pinturas (negra, azul, naranja, rosada y rojo), tijeras, pegamaneto, hojas de papel y un arete.

▪️ Les sorprenderá los simple que es realizar este calendario, inicié envolviendo el círculo de 15cm con una hoja de papel.

▪️ You will be surprised how simple it is to make this calendar, I started by wrapping the 15cm circle with a sheet of paper

▪️ Pinté ambos rectángulos en color negro, los uní con pegamento y pinté una tira de papel en color negro para crear el listón del sombrero, luego pegue la tira en la unión de ambos rectángulos, el siguiente paso fue escribir con pintura azul la palabra "Diciembre".

▪️ I painted both rectangles in black, I joined them with glue and painted a strip of paper in black to create the hatband, then I pasted the strip in the union of both rectangles, the next step was to write with blue paint the word "December".

▪️ El rostro del muñeco de nieve lo formé dibujando los ojos, las mejillas y la sonrisa como se muestran en las fotos, luego recorté pequeños cuadrados de papel, escribí en ellos números del 1 al 24 y los pegue alrededor del círculo, honestamente no me gustó el acabado, recomiendo escribir los número sobre el muñeco con marcador. También pegue el sombrero al círculo.

▪️ I formed the snowman's face by drawing the eyes, cheeks and smile as shown in the photos, then I cut out small paper squares, wrote on them numbers from 1 to 24 and pasted them around the circle, I honestly didn't like the finish, I recommend writing the numbers on the snowman with marker. I also glued the hat to the circle.

▪️ En un pedazo de cartón dibujé una nariz con forma de zanahoria, la recorté y pinté en color naranja, para unirla al muñeco empleé un arete, lo introduje uniendo ambas piezas y los sujete al otro extremo, para crear una nariz giratoria.

▪️ On a piece of cardboard I drew a nose in the shape of a carrot, I cut it out and painted it in orange, to attach it to the doll I used an earring, introduced it by joining both pieces and attached them to the other end, to create a rotating nose.
