My Monogrammed Towel

I went back to my old Singer machine because I wanted to use the script font that I own for that machine. The challenge that I faced was the limited memory in that old machine.

I actually had to re-hoop my towel in order to embroider just two letters. I did not place the second letter in the right position so the second letter is higher than I wanted it to be. The good news is this was not for a gift. This was just one of my own old towels. I stopped instead of working on the third letter.

I guess I might have to break on down and purchase a font for my newer machine. I have been downloading all of the free embroidery designs from different companies as opposed to buying embroidery designs or fonts.

Both of my sisters have purchased fonts as well as designs. I did not want to get into that practice. I wanted to use designs that were included with my machine, or from the 160,000 designs that I purchased on a USB stick.

That ought to serve my purposes since I am not in business nor am I selling my projects. I need to search through my fonts to see if I have this particular font. Fonts are not cheap.

Enjoy your day.
