Life is beautiful, life is beautiful, life is LOVE. We are all creators of our own destiny, we were lucky to be born and live on this wonderful planet Earth. I am not lying to you, just breathe and you will see that just in that small breath is God, is life; now look out the window and look at the sky, feel the breeze and listen to nature. In each of these things is the hand of God.

     After receiving this recharge of LOVE on Mother's Day, I feel very happy and blessed to have my two children and my husband. They are the ones who inspire me every day to get up, continue and do each thing with deep passion.

La vida es bella, la vida es hermosa, la vida es AMOR. Todos somos creadores de nuestro propio destino, tuvimos la suerte de poder nacer y vivir en este planeta Tierra que es maravilloso. No les estoy mintiendo, tan solo respiren y verán que tan solo en ese pequeño respiro esta Dios, está la vida; ahora asómense por la ventana y miren al cielo, sientan la brisa y escuchen la naturaleza. En cada una de estas cosas esta la mano de Dios.

Luego de haber recibido esta recarga de AMOR el día de las madres me siento muy feliz y dichosa, por tener a mis dos hijos y a mí esposo. Ellos son los que me inspiran cada día a levantarme, continuar y hacer cada cosa con profunda pasión.

     Today I want to give some love to you too, that's why I made this cushion decorated with this magic word LOVE. That's right friends, for me this word makes magic and for some time now I have been understanding it more and more every day. It all started when Jesus Christ left us a new commandment that says "Love one another as yourself" which also translates into "treat others as you would like them to treat you", I know it is not easy, there are things and people that make it difficult for us, but eventually those people understand that we only want to convey love, respect, affection and friendship.

     This cushion is for someone very special, so I hope to continue softening her heart with small details because I really love her and I care about her. So I invite you to follow this little step by step, I'm sure you will love it.

Hoy quiero darles un poco de amor a ustedes también, por eso he realizado este cojín decorado con esta palabra mágica LOVE. Así es amigos, para mi esta palabra hace magia y desde hace un tiempo vengo entendiéndola cada día más. Todo comenzó cuando Jesucristo nos dejó un mandamiento nuevo que dice "Ámense los unos a los otros como a ustedes mismos" que también se traduce en "traten a los demás como te gustaría que te trataran a ti", yo sé que no es fácil, que hay cosas y personas que nos la ponen difícil, pero con el tiempo esas personas entienden que solo les queremos transmitir amor, respeto, cariño y amistad.

Este cojín es para alguien muy especial, así que espero seguir ablandando su corazón con pequeños detalles porque de verdad la quiero y me importa. Así que los invito seguir este pequeño pasó a paso, estoy segura que les va a encantar.

     Well friends, everyone who knows me knows that I love cushions, no matter the size, shape or color, all are welcome. With the cushions we can decorate many spaces in your home, but also serve to make us comfortable when we sit down, either to talk, eat, read a book or drink a good coffee.

     For this cushion I used the leg of an old jean that a friend gave me some time ago; then we are going to cut according to the size of the cushion you have in mind. This cushion is small, so take the measurements leaving two centimeters on each side to pass the seam.

Bien amigos, todos los que me conocen saben que me encantan los cojines, no importa el tamaño, forma o color, todos son bienvenidos. Con los cojines podemos decorar muchos espacios de tu casa, pero además nos sirven para ponernos cómodos a la hora de sentarnos, ya sea a conversar, comer, leer un libro o tomar un rico café.

Para este cojín he utilizado la pierna de un jean viejo que una amiga me regaló hace tiempo; entonces vamos a cortar de acuerdo al tamaño del cojín que tengas en mente. Este cojín es pequeño, así que tome las medidas dejando dos centímetros a cada lado para pasar la costura.

The letters ❤ Las letras

     For the letters I have cut out this word in English language that means LOVE, but with the difference that I wanted to make the O with crocheted flowers. The first thing I did was to put some glue on the letters so that they do not fray when the cushion is washed, then I cut out and began to glue with scalloped stitch, according to the position that I had previously fixed.

Para las letras he recortado esta palabra en idioma ingles que significa AMOR, pero con la diferencia de que la O la he querido realizar con flores tejidas en crochet. Lo primero que hice fue colocarle pelón con pega a las letras para que no se deshilachen cuando se lave el cojín, Luego recorté y comencé a pegar con punto festón, de acuerdo a la posición que previamente había fijado.

     I like to fix the pieces with long thread stitches so that they do not move and thus be more sure of the work I will do, the scallop stitch is typical of Patchwork but if you do not like it you can make a zigzag with the sewing machine all around the letter.

Me gusta fijar las piezas con puntadas largas de hilo para que no se muevan y así estar más segura del trabajo que voy a realizar, el punto festón es típico del Patchwork pero si no te gusta le puedes hacer un zigzag con la máquina de coser por todo el rededor de la letra.

     Lastly I crocheted several mini flowers to form a heart shape and glued them with some beads in the center.

Por ultimo tejí varias mini flores en crochet para formar una forma de corazón y las pegué con unas perlas en el centro.

My heart ❤ Mi corazón

     At first I thought about making the O in the shape of a heart, but I was won over by the flowers. When I finished my cushion and turned it over I realized that it is very empty, not that it looked bad, but if I can send another subliminal message to my friend it's much better, don't you think?

     So I started to knit this cute heart that I found on the internet; I would have liked to make it bigger but I don't want to force my cervical that has been a little hurt these days. So as you can see friends this is my elaboration of the day made with love for you. Now I say goodbye but not before asking you to take care of yourselves and remember to "Smile and be happy".

Al principio pensé en hacer la O en forma de corazón, pero me ganaron las flores. Cuando terminé mi cojín y le di vuelta me percaté que está muy vacío, no es que se viera mal, pero sí le puedo enviar otro mensaje subliminal a mi amiga pues es mucho mejor ¿no creen?

Así que me puse a tejer este lindo corazón que encontré en internet; me hubiese gustado hacerlo más grande pero no quiero forzar mucho mi cervical que ha estado un poco lastimada estos días. Pues como ven amigos este es mi elaboración del día hecha con mucho cariño para ustedes. Ahora me despido no sin antes pedirles que se cuiden y recuerden "Sonrían y sean felices".
