Amazing time with waterfalls and some cold water swimming

Hi there Hive Family,

The best time for all waterfalls and sprinklers in Bulgaria has arrived. All rivers and other water reservoirs are now abundant with water. It is the best time to visit them and have tons of fun. This is why I have started to visit some really cool places and try the Wim Hof Method at the same time. And by Wim Hof Method I mean careful and mindful cold water exposure. You need to know a couple of rules before trying it. If interested in knowing exactly what it takes to do that, write to me in the comments section.

We started by visiting Ustina village sprinkler waterfall.

This is the trail where we walked for about an hour before reaching the sprinkler. The forest was cool and easy to walk over.

I was quite disappointed to see that actually this sprinkler did not burst a lot of water. I expected much more than that. So much that I could at least be able to submerge my body inside. That was not the case, so we did not stay for long there.

We headed to the top of the Eco Trail where the views were spectacular.

Absolutely amazing panoramic views and the city of Ustina in distance.

We also visited a small chapel situated on a more flat terrain at the peak of the hill.

Our next stop was the Ranch Wild City located near Asenovgrad

This is where the real fun began.

We had to climb and hike for about 2 hours but it was all worth it.

This is where I decided to take my first dip. This amazing water whirlpool. There is a saying that a picture explains a thousand of words. Well, I guess a video displays a thousand of pictures then.

The stream was pretty cold as the water was constantly flowing. I decided that about 1 minute of stillness in the pond is more than enough for all positive effects.

But this was only the beginning. I hadn´t even found the real waterfall yet.

Some pictures of this nature jacuzzi. Cold but invigorating. Never stay too long or there will be negative consequences.

We headed for the the heart of this waterfall. In English it translates as the Swallow waterfall. I guess it is going swallow me whole pretty soon 😆

Just kidding! The name refers to the bird Swallow.

And here it is. Front view of the amazing perfectly clean waterfall. Lets check out the surroundings and also see it live glowing with its beauty

I was so excited that I gave my phone for a video to the girl on the side. She was doing some yoga postures with the waterfall as background and capturing the moment. She did a high boat pose also known as Navasana.

Now lets take a dive to see the waterfall closer, shall we?

These were the best minutes of my day doing this round trip to the waterfall and back. I felt the adrenaline and also the rush through my veins. The cold that expelled me from the pond in the above video was nothing in comparison to the greater basin here. Not sure why, maybe because I was swimming, I did not feel any cold. Could have stayed much longer, but did not want to saturate or maybe the nice girl film me for a long time.

I did the right thing as my whole day later was full of joy and laughter. I am really grateful to share this moment and eternalize it here in Hive.
