I don't like iguanas in our backyard as they can eat anything and also burrow underground. They can create a lot of destruction and at this point the chickens are already doing enough, but at least the chickens are giving us eggs. In many places, iguanas are also part of the local cuisine. I see them as wild pets, so it would be very difficult to eat one. I have friends who have offered me one many times. So, there is no pity that this iguana leaves our house
