Hello dear friends! This is my first publication of the year so it's a good opportunity to wish you all a super Happy New Year!

Although much of the country remains at red lights due to the pandemic, there are some cities where access is less restricted and where you can travel and enjoy their tourist attractions.

We had the opportunity to spend New Year's Eve in Tulum, a coastal city in Mexico. We visited some Mayan Ruins and beaches that are certainly very beautiful in this part of the country, but the tour that I liked the most and that impressed me was to see the Cenotes.

We went to the Kantun-Chi Ecopark where there are 5 Cenotes, some open like a natural pool and others so closed that they looked like caves. The tour is through paths surrounded by nature and with signs that lead to each Cenote.

Even though they are not the most famous Cenotes in Mexico it is a fascinating place that has nothing to do with waste, each Cenote is a different experience.

Aunque gran parte del país se mantiene en semáforo rojo por la pandemia, hay algunas ciudades donde está menos restringido el acceso y a las cuales se puede viajar y disfrutar de sus atractivos turísticos.

Tuvimos la oportunidad de pasar el fin de año en Tulum una ciudad costera de Mexico. Visitamos algunas Ruinas Mayas y playas que por cierto son muy bellas en esta parte del país, pero el paseo que más me gusto y que me impresiono fue conocer los Cenotes.

Fuimos al Kantun-Chi Ecopark donde hay 5 Cenotes, algunos abiertos parecidos a una piscina natural y otros tan cerrados que parecían unas cuevas. El recorrido es a través de caminos rodeados de naturaleza y con señalamientos que llevan a cada Cenote.

A pesar que no son los Cenotes más famosos de Mexico es un lugar fascinante que no tiene nada de desperdicio, cada Cenote es una experiencia diferente.

If you ever come to the Riviera Maya, you can't leave without visiting a Cenote, you will surely have a great experience!

Si alguna vez vienes a la Riviera Maya, no puedes irte sin visitar algún Cenote, seguro te vas a llevar una gran experiencia!
