Hoy les muestro unos fotos de una exótica pero bella flor, llamada lirio de sangre, flor de fuego o bola de fuego, su nombre científico es Scadoxus multiflorus, es una planta de jardín, perenne puede vivir tanto en suelos como macetas, originaria de África, puede soportar el verano, es de suelos de facil drenaje, en suelos donde se almacena el agua se debilita y no sobrevive.

Estas fotos las tomé en el patio de mi vecina me llamó mucho la atención, su forma circular como una bola, y su hermoso color rojo, parece tener tentáculos muy juntos, es extrañamente hermosa.

Esta bella flor color rojo fuego, tiene un cierto parecido al llamado diente de león, pero es más grande y al soplar no se desvanece, su flor es muy resistente de larga duración y gran valor ornamental.
