There is always something to discover - Hidden corners

avatar

On my tours, I’m increasingly looking for places where few people walk or no one walks. I know the places well enough not to get lost. Still, there are places I just discovered because they are far from popular routes.
I was in the Velence mountains yesterday enjoying the heat of the sun and then the cold wind and snow showers that replaced it. Crazy April! I love you this way!

The sun was still shining here as I sat down among the branches of a tree to rest.

Periwinkle field
Previously, I only saw periwinkle in the gardens, I didn’t know it lived in the woods either, forming a contiguous carpet.

Dead tree carved by woodpecker. In the life of the forest, it is important to have dead trees as well, because they provide habitat and nutrient supply for small organisms.

The Mushroom-stone. I have never seen this granite rock before, it is so hidden. I don't know why he got the name Mushroom. It does not look like any mushroom, but rather a grumpy gnome.
