Hoy les quiero hablar de esta planta de espinaca que me regalo mi amiga roscio en una visita a su casa.

Today I want to tell you about this spinach plant that my friend Roscio gave me on a visit to her house.

Ella me dijo que esta planta se pega por rama, y es una enredadera, también me hablo que es sabrosa en las comida, como perico con postura de gallina, en ensaladas, porque contiene muchas vitaminas, hasta para subir la hemoglobina.

She told me that this plant sticks per branch, and it is a vine, she also told me that it is tasty in food, such as a parakeet with a chicken posture, in salads, because it contains many vitamins, even to raise hemoglobin.

Como pueden observar esta planta tiene hojas verde y la sembré en un matero para luego trasplantarla en la tierra.

As you can see, this plant has green leaves and I planted it in a pot and then transplanted it into the ground.
