You're going to have to translate the acronym add-on for me. What's "htu"?
May I ask, how do you envision Hive ideally? Should it be somewhere with the ability to earn a living, an investment platform or just somewhere for fun where everyone gets a little pocket money? Or something else entirely. This is something I've been pondering a lot these last few days as everyone seems to be pulling in different directions.

Most people think the ui's indicate hbd, but they actually don't, they show htu.
The difference is usually inconsequential.
At payout a myriad of inputs affect the outputs, so the actual payout in hbd and hp, or 100%hp, can be slightly different than what the ui's show in htu's.
I actually think the hive looks as good as it has up to this point.
I think the hive, ideally, serves the population as a way to find what they are looking for.
Those that want to make an 'easy' living writing can find out, for free, that they probably shouldn't quit their day job.
Investors, up to 1000mv = ~531,000hp = ~15htu vote values, should feel welcome to make all the splash they can.
Investors with more than this much stake should, imo, take it easy on the pool as they are decidedly advantaged in power to determine who gets the coins.
Mostly as a result of early adoption.
Granted, these are some top of their field coders, but that hardly can compare with the wisdom of the crowd when trying to determine what is 'good' for the hive.
Regular people can come here and be regular, if all goes well.
When they get here we get to be as judgmental as our dispositions require.
Some will be welcomed as 'one of us', and others won't.
