North Cascades, Ross Lake - Picture A Day

This is a two image panorama of Ross Lake in the North Cascades National Park of Washington State. The images were stitched together in Lightroom.
I took this in 2016 at a pullover during a drive through the park. Ross Lake is some 20 miles long and the last little bit of lake is actually in Canada. Up the valley on the right is Desolation Peak where American Novelist Jack Kerouac spent 63 days as a fire lookout in 1956.
Photo by me, @oldmans, with a Nikon D3300 and some Lightroom post processing.
