My response to the @ladiesofhive Contest - Whose or what picture is on the home page of your phone? And why did you pick that?
Things that we use, that are around us, and the way we express and associate with kind of speaks a lot about us. Like I always say words have a lot of power and energy and so do visuals. And both of them when we used them in the right manner we can change a lot of our subconscious programming. Anything that gets repeated again and again be it in the form of words, communication or visuals, it starts getting deeply registered within us. From work, to relationships, to finance, to day-to-day life, what kind of words and visuals we use, impacts our life. We can attract the good and right energy in our life by using the right visuals and words.
I like to always be in the positive frequency and attract what is best for me in my life. For that very reason, I like to keep all positive things in my space. Mobile phones nowadays are very extensively used and have become very important part of us.
This is the Home Screen of my Mobile Phone, which says "Good Vibes" and a image of a Sunflower.
A Sunflower signifies Optimism, happiness, Power, Hope, It is a spiritual dedication to the Sun, which holds the life. Hence I find this image a very powerful one to keep looking at as many times possible and absorbing it's energy. The "Good Vibes" is something that we all want, as many times I look at my phone, I say this. It keeps me in a good space mentally and makes a lot of sense to me rather then keeping anything else.
The other significant image is on my lock screen is an affirmation, "It is so easy to feel Infinite Abundance" and the image is of the galaxy. Spiritually it signifies expanding consciousness, connecting with the higher power and seeking spiritual growth and tapping into the Infinite Abundance of the Universe.
Positive words and Positive images do catch up with our mind. Sometimes even when my mood is low or dull, looking at these images I feel better. They also serve as a reminder to not get influenced by the negativity around.

Absolutely, and then it is our choice what type of words we want to hear
Calming Imagery and encouraging words is a great way to remind me to set my mind to a rational and relaxed disposition before answering a badly timed phone call or making an urgent request to someone on the other end in a business transaction. We are often not in a good mood when making most phone calls in my my experience and admire those who work in Customer service that have thick skins. The world would even be a bit better if we pause to reflect the positive.

Sunflower in Slavic traditions have very positive meaning too, and it's even highly recommended to have its images somwhere inthe house to attract happiness and harmony there

There is no how you won't keep looking at that sunflower and not have hope or optimism. I love that as it also helps us understand how great God is. He created all things too right?

Hello, what a motivational post! It is true that words and thoughts have power. I see so many people complaining about the bad things that happen to them that they stop being grateful for the good things they have. And that results in a dark, negative environment. We need to be more grateful, because even from the bad, we always get something good. Thank you for such a nice post!
Absolutely, Gratitude attracts positive vibes and we need that all the time. Good and not good things will keep happening, it's a part of life but that should not change the energy

I agree with you, affirmations have power, when we say something we are Decreeing, that's why it's important to say and think in a positive way, sometimes it's hard and we fall into our negative side because of the circumstances of our lifes so having those images and affirmations can affect our mood and remind us of how beautiful life is 🌻✨
These are reminders that goodness exist all around us and that those negative moments cannot take the goodness of life away from us
